They are very friendly and courteous gentlemen. I am very excited to see the house after the full renovation is complete. The workmanship is excellent and they are quick for the job to be complete. As you never know what is behind a wall when you purchase. This house will never be the same and I am very honoured to have Dwood construction making this happen.

I explained the situation and was told not only had the previous plumber gave me wrong info, but yes he could fix it and would the next day work for me!!!!!! They came in time, fixed the problem and charged me half of the $2000.00 + the other company was going to charge me. If I could give them a 10 star rating I would, they were kind, understanding, which lowered my stress level. They were professional, courteous and prompt. They cleaned up everything, and took everything with them for disposal. I already have a few jobs I want them to come back to do. I have certainly let all my acquaintances know that they are the company to deal with. And have let everybody know the name of the company that treated me so horribly.

I had purchased a UV Light/water filter, Water Softener over a year ago and After a year the UV light requires the bulb to be changed. I called them up and Cory came over right away with a new UV light and changed my filter. I recently Called to have them service our water system due to VERY low water pressure; they were able to come the same day and identified it was the Pressure tank bladder. Clearly explained what was going on and fixed the issue promptly along with removing the mixing water value and now I have added water pressure. They have also found out the root cause of water coming from my furnace and cleaned out the condensation pump saving me money on purchasing a new one. Cory Frank and Arlene has gone ABOVE and BEYOND my expectations and I will be using them again. I would personally recommend them to anyone especially those living in the country with well water. Jorgensons price was competitive, providing good value, and the sales rep we invited to speak to us was honest, knew his products and explained their process. They were able to accommodate our preferred timing. They communicated through the process and answered all of our questions. Crews arrived on time, and worked hard to get the job done well. I was very impressed with the steps they took to prevent any damage to our property. Unlike other roofing companies I have seen in the area, there was no loud music played while they worked, no swearing or yelling. They worked long days and crews were respectful and considerate.
