I had no idea what I wanted exactly. Mike helped to guide me through all of the possibilities and narrow down what was right for my business. The finished product was perfect and exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend their services.

He got back to me quickly which was nice and we talked about the small job I needed done on our business window. When he sent me the proof there were multiple misspelled words which I thought was crazy, unprofessional, and frankly the opposite of what you hire a sign guy for. He never got back to me about the misspellings, so strange! We hired someone else in town.

The quality of work at Primetime Signs is good work. It is on par with other manufacturers in town…read more My problem is the level of professionalism by the owner of this establishment. I have never worked with a vendor who I would have to hunt down to get a response or to even take my payment. Upon multiple emails to Dave, he responds in the most unprofessional manner. I don't care if there is COVID or not. There is absolutely no excuse to be rude to paying customers. If the work this company provides is on par with the rest of the industry, then I see no reason to ever do business with Dave and Primetime Signs.

I wanted to support a local Bakersfield business, so I reached out to Hall Letter Shop after…read morehearing they had pretty competitive pricing. Unfortunately, my experience with the customer service was not great. I initially texted over my plans and worked with K From the beginning, I felt the interaction was pretty passive aggressive and not very welcoming. I also had someone with me during the interaction who noticed the same thing, so it wasn't just my perception. Then I received an email quote for $289 for each of my pieces, which didn't seem right based on the different sizes and what I had originally requested. I called to get clarification and was connected with Marcella, who was much more helpful. She was able to explain the pricing and get me the information I actually needed. At that point, though, the first experience had already left a bad impression. When you're spending money on something, you want to feel like you're being treated fairly and that you can trust the person you're doing business with. Getting a quote that didn't seem to match what I was asking for made me uncomfortable moving forward. I ended up going with another company, even though it cost me about $100 more, simply because I felt more comfortable doing business with them. I'm giving two stars instead of one because I never actually received the finished products, so I can't fairly judge the quality of their work. They may do great work and their pricing may be competitive. My review is strictly based on my customer service and quoting experience. I really wanted to keep the business local, but unfortunately the experience wasn't good enough for me to continue.

As someone with decades of experience in quality engineering and business evaluation, I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism on the production floor and the delays in updates. While I appreciate that they did issue a refund, it was not a seamless resolution, and I hope they improve their customer communication going forward.
