The process was fast and also not by a clever , experienced mechanic or owner. So we left with an unsure feeling , the trailer was all over the place , my wife called friends who were RVers and asked if this was normal . NO it was not. Go to Del Maestro they will help you. Long story short they found my hitch was set up totally wrong and the anti sway bar not installed and the weight distribution bars not connected the trailer hitch didn't even have a safety bolt installed. They corrected it all and gave us a reassuring slow walk around of safety items and pros and cons. Never will we go back to The other dealer ... they should be reprimanded . And as they don't need a licence , which is an absolute mistake by our government, no where can you find registered , licensed mechanics with a 4 year course with one year on job work. And payed as much if not more than Auto mechanics. THIS SHOULD BE MANDATORY BY OUR GOVERNMENT! I know there are mini courses to get a mini licence but far from a real mechanic !

Today I tried again with a $20 bill in the right-hand slot and it gave me $19 in coins. I decided I would try the left-hand slot and this time is gave me$18! Previously I have also had issues with the credit card charge for the automatic car wash, so I think this location must be very poorly managed. I won't take any more chances.

Since it's been about a year since I've actually deep cleaned my car, I went with the "5 star service" for about $38 plus tax. I clearly don't wash my car often, so I don't mind spending the money. They first vacuum and clean your mats, then your car goes through a touchless car wash. I wish they would've dried my mats better because they were put back in my car soaking wet. So when I got home, I left them out on the grass to air dry. Not a huge issue, but I can't imagine how much this must suck in the winter. After the car wash, a group of 5-6 guys teamed up and cleaned the rest of the interior of my car. All the little crumbs were gone and they cleaned my windows very well. Some dog hair was left on my floor, and my steering wheel was left sticky. Not sure if they use the same cloths on every car? They do a very quick job, which can be seen as not putting a lot of detail into their work... But for under $40, you can't expect a deep clean like a dealership does. I'd definitely come back. Hopefully, when it's not as busy so I don't have to wait 40+ minutes. But I guess everyone likes this place if it's always busy!

I honestly don't see that they did everything they advertise for their "5-star" wash. It felt like several promised steps were either skipped or not done properly. I strongly suggest inspecting the entire process, as the service did not reflect what was advertised

Mr. Mac Donald from head office sent me a letter of acknowledgement in regards to my claim on October 8th 2024 at 1127 Chemong Rd, Peterborough, ON. I am surprised to see that after reviewing all of the evidence they disagree that the carwash located at 1127 Chemong Rd did not damage my vehicle. I provided pictures which showed the entire vehicle was covered in circular scratches, which were not present before the vehicle went into the carwash. I asked them to review the video footage of me pumping gas as well as entering the carwash afterwards (it was raining the day I took my car in, I didnt even need a wash the children just wanted to see the rainbow soap) and then exiting so that they could see all the details on the car themselves. I also provided pictures which were taken prior to the carwash which will show the car was not in fact damaged. I asked them to provide me with a receipt to prove that this gas station was adhering to safety protocols and all equipment was functioning properly. I also like asked to be provided with a receipt of when the brushes in the car wash were cleaned, as I believe the brushes were holding particles and debris which scratched my vehicle as this is a well known cause for exactly what happened to my vehicle. This man at head office would not allow me to speak with his manager and said the case is closed and would not provide me with anything requested. He stated he would have his manager email me. I received an email from Karina please see below: Without Prejudice Hello, Mr. Mac Donald indicated that you have requested a follow up from his superior. I have reviewed your file and must advise you that following a thorough review by our operations team; we found no evidence of responsibility on our part. Therefore, our decision will remain the same, your request to obtain a reimbursement is denied, this matter is closed. Regards Karina Cacchione (Elle/She/Her/Hers) Gestionnaire / Manager Hello Karina, Thank you for taking the time out of your day to ensure your ignorance in regards to this situation was relayed to me. It seems, through your e-mail, that you refuse to properly investigate a matter where my property was damaged due to your employees negligence to adhere to safety protocols and proper inspection of equipment. Due to dirt and debris on the brushes of your equipment, my car was significantly damaged all around. In this case, I am thankful for the many witnesses who visually saw the damage caused by the carwash, and notably expressed the damage to the gas station attendee. It would appear that your ignorance to provide me with information as to the last time the station was properly cleaned, and video evidence, would strongly indicate this is a regular occurrence for your company. It is astonishing that the response I received from you and your team is I cannot disclose that information, I cannot express why the claim was denied and this matter is closed without ANY explanation or evidence other than you found no evidence of responsibility on our part. It is a shame that as a business, and as management you feel your response is appropriate. Might i indicate again, I have pictures of my car PRIOR to entering the car wash, it is noted the car had no damage, as you would see in video evidence. As I came out of the car wash, the car was visibly damaged with a multitude of circular scratches over then ENTIRE vehicle. Please know that I will be taking this matter to the news, and ensuring that it is known the damage caused from the car wash, including the amounts in which it will cost to fix, to the public. I will also ensure that I include the ignorance that I was subjected to and the lack of explanation for your conclusion. DISGUSTED WITH THIS COMPANIES LACK OF TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ONLY THING THAT COULD HAVE CAUSED SUCH DAMAGE TO MY VEHICLE WITH VIDEO EVIDENCE AND PHOTOS!!!
