For the THIRD time now, I have used the change machine to use the vacuum. The first time I put in a $20 bill, it gave me $19 in coins. I assumed it was a 'one-off' and would be fixed. Today I tried again with a $20 bill in the right-hand slot and it gave me $19 in coins. I decided I would try the left-hand slot and this time is gave me$18! Previously I have also had issues with the credit card charge for the automatic car wash, so I think this location must be very poorly managed. I won't take any more chances. read more

I insert $4 into the machine and it didn't work, so I had to use my credit card. charged me a flat $12 and I only used 8mins if it. didn't return me my $4 on my card or the earlier $4 it took in cash before my card. So I paid $16 for soft ass car wash. read more

usually one of the better washes in town, however today Dec 20/21 @ 2:00 pm I went through the right side drive through and it was totally out of soap ( or didn't work ) and all I got was a good rinse ... not sure if there was sealer or spot free as it all looked like water. No one around and no obvious way to let anyone know about being out of product .. or even to get a credit for another was ... should be some process for that, otherwise has always been pretty good read more

I drove through the Touchless car wash and the car wash stopped and told me to drive out after just putting soap on my vehicle. I waited a few minutes hoping that the rinse cycle would start but nothing happened. I called the number I found online and left a message. My call was never returned so I called again two more times that week and was sent directly to voicemail. Nobody returned my calls. I will never go back to this car wash and have advised my friends and co-workers not to use this place. read more

Awful. $5 to start, the "foaming brush" is about as foamy as a glass of water, the change machine ate my $5 bill, and the number to call has been disconnected. Just a total ripoff in many ways. I'd be happy to pay $5 for a coin wash if it gave you more time or had better quality product, but this is is a scam. read more

I went today to wash my car. I got my change from the machine and put in the suggested $1.75 to start. My money immediately jammed into the machine, and I could not put any more money in. I moved my car to the next available bay, put $5.00 in change in the machine, and nothing!!! Called their emergency number posted, got a voice mail to leave a message. Left 3 messages, and received NO RESPONSE whatsoever. I see from the other reviews that I am not the only ripped off customer. This business should be reported. Makes me wonder how many others who have not left reviews have been robbed of their money and left with a dirty car. DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH! I put in a $20 dollar bill between 5.30 & 6 AM Labour day Monday. I put in for a $13 wash. The machine didn,t give me any change. I could not get my money back. I could not cancel the wash. I have been calling the emergency phone number constantly to no avail, have made six trips back there but no one around.. Have been a faithful customer thru two different cars now.
