BUYER BEWARE!! 5 days waiting on a part for my dryer and…read moreservice man shows up, i am happy to see him, and i greet him friendly, but he is old and very grumpy. Thats ok, he confirms the part we need but immediately starts complaining about the work that usually takes him 20 minutes will take much longer and needs approval. So he proceeds to call the office. on and off the phone ad for probably another 20 minutes (not working) complains of how much work it will be ...on and on... i try and even offer to put it together myself if he puts the part in(NO), i offered to pay extra(NO), then after more complaining and moaning, he starts in on me saying that i may have worked on this dryer improperly and sparks were flying... some crazy story. I stopped being nice and said "there were no sparks and the FN dryer was not plugged in" (while we were on video w the insurance service man). That was it. He said "i do not feel comfortable here with you cursing so i am leaving". At first i thought i really offended him, and even apologized. my conclusion: 1. incompetent: job too hard and too complicated for him?, 2. old, UNGODLY and lazy, with no work ethic? *3. He created this drama on purpose so he didnt have to work, and still get paid? *My definition of a service call scam is: someone taking your money and not providing any service. I have insurance and I prepaid the service call of $125, he finds an excuse to leave or overcharge the insurance company they deny my claim and service man gets away with $125 and NO WORK! and the company will not call me back. not sure if the owner is aware of this practice or cares?? BUYER BEWARE!!!!! especially if you have a prepaid your service call.

The device still works but occasionally has to be started over again mid cycle. After several discussions with LG, they advised us to have an appliance repairman come look at the appliance. Brian's was one of two options for certified LG technicians. In December, Brian came out and verified the problem and stated that it needed a new computer. After not hearing anything for a month, I called him and was told it was "on back order". Another month goes by without hearing anything. Finally he send a different tech out and alas, the wrong part. When I called again to find out the status, I was told they would look into it and get back to me. They never did. Finally we called again and stated if they couldn't give us a repair time, we would have to use somebody else. Once again, no response from them. I would NOT recommend using this service at all.

They returned each unit a week later completely re-stuffed-seat, arms and back- and better than new. They also replaced some broken return springs in the mechanism. The office and moving crews were cheerful and a pleasure to work with. The technician who did the work is an outstanding craftsman. It was good while it lasted I had them for few years. Close to five I believe. Here and there we…read morehad couple human errors which were corrected one way or the other. In after-COVID world a lot of us had to make some adjustments and count our resources and redistribute them in a more efficient manner. I figured that actually having them was not saving me anything. My wife likes cold water and I enjoyed being able to make a cup of tea right away, but other than that... We have fridges and tea pots and we live in a modest area with very long winters. So...one way or the other we are used to waiting much longer than one may consider reasonable. The straw that broke the camel's back was their leaky 5 gallon jugs. Like in 5 years there were few obviously leaking and they were replaced/refunded almost immediately, but then couple times there would be a plastic jug seating and leaking very slightly so it was not noticeable to the eye right away, but then all my floors will be wet and I would have to bring in huge fans to dry my household and to make sure there is no mold. So it was good while it lasted, but not the cheapest way to get water in the area. Few misses on delivery dates, but most annoying was storing water as I was never sure if there won't be a small leak and in winter it gets too cold to store those jugs outside.
