BUYER BEWARE!! 5 days waiting on a part for my dryer and…read moreservice man shows up, i am happy to see him, and i greet him friendly, but he is old and very grumpy. Thats ok, he confirms the part we need but immediately starts complaining about the work that usually takes him 20 minutes will take much longer and needs approval. So he proceeds to call the office. on and off the phone ad for probably another 20 minutes (not working) complains of how much work it will be ...on and on... i try and even offer to put it together myself if he puts the part in(NO), i offered to pay extra(NO), then after more complaining and moaning, he starts in on me saying that i may have worked on this dryer improperly and sparks were flying... some crazy story. I stopped being nice and said "there were no sparks and the FN dryer was not plugged in" (while we were on video w the insurance service man). That was it. He said "i do not feel comfortable here with you cursing so i am leaving". At first i thought i really offended him, and even apologized. my conclusion: 1. incompetent: job too hard and too complicated for him?, 2. old, UNGODLY and lazy, with no work ethic? *3. He created this drama on purpose so he didnt have to work, and still get paid? *My definition of a service call scam is: someone taking your money and not providing any service. I have insurance and I prepaid the service call of $125, he finds an excuse to leave or overcharge the insurance company they deny my claim and service man gets away with $125 and NO WORK! and the company will not call me back. not sure if the owner is aware of this practice or cares?? BUYER BEWARE!!!!! especially if you have a prepaid your service call.

The device still works but occasionally has to be started over again mid cycle. After several discussions with LG, they advised us to have an appliance repairman come look at the appliance. Brian's was one of two options for certified LG technicians. In December, Brian came out and verified the problem and stated that it needed a new computer. After not hearing anything for a month, I called him and was told it was "on back order". Another month goes by without hearing anything. Finally he send a different tech out and alas, the wrong part. When I called again to find out the status, I was told they would look into it and get back to me. They never did. Finally we called again and stated if they couldn't give us a repair time, we would have to use somebody else. Once again, no response from them. I would NOT recommend using this service at all.

Has been a pain to get my warranty repair appointment for my appliance. I was first transferred to…read morethree different people to get my appointment scheduled in the chat option. I had to repeat my request and explain three times even after they were able to read all of my chats. I was given a 12 hour window for the initial appointment. I was told that 24 hours prior to my appointment I would receive a smaller time frame for my appointment. That did not happen. On the day of my appointment my time from was listed as a 9 hour period. I reached out via chat to ask for an ETA to determine if it would be a morning or afternoon appointment. I was asked what my preference was and it hey said the noted it and I would get a call back from the repairman. I waited several more hours and reached out to customer service via the chat option again. I was told the appointment would still happen and that I would get a call back from the repairman. I waited another couple of hours and reached out again. I was given a more generic answer and told they would be there by 5 pm. I asked for the company number so I could reach out to find out how many more appointments were before mine. I also told customer service that this was the most frustrating and unorganized repair I have ever experienced with an appliance repair and that I would share this with everyone. I was then blocked from chat until the following day with zero resolution and no repair as of 3:10 pm... If I could give this negative stars I would. I would not recommend purchasing this warranty from BestBuy.

He fixed the draining issue. We also had him install new hoses a few days later under the sink to prevent a future problem. We didn't have to pay for a second service call for him to fix the hoses.
