I called about a fairly noticeable leak and realized we needed a new gas water heater installation…read more The manager, Dave, called me that evening after looking at the pictures I sent him. He gave me a very reasonable estimate, in fact, several hundred dollars lower than 4 other plumbing companies I contacted. He could tell by the photos I sent him that there were a few new items & changes that needed to be put into place to bring the new water heater up to current code. He then scheduled someone to be here at 9:30 a.m. the next morning. The plumber who showed up, David, was very polite and was following Covid guidelines with wearing a mask and social distancing. He had to work in a rather tight space within our laundry Room and add to make a couple of runs to get some items he did not have on the truck. but he said there would be no charge for the time that he was away from the job. He was very careful in his work and cleaned up everything. I did have to help him move the dryer out of the laundry room so we could have enough room for the new water heater which was a bit bigger than the old water heater. He also had to re-adjust some pipes in the wall and so he cut through the dry wall to do so but made sure the wall was was properly patched re-sealed and looking good. He cleaned up and took all garbage with him. I was honestly VERY impressed. When I received the bill, I expected it to be on the higher end of the estimate he had quoted me, but to my surprise, it was $25.00 lower than his estimated quote! I would highly recommend Evans Plumbing Inc. and I know that when I need plumbing services in the future I will be calling Evan's Plumbing! Also, the office staff who answered my call and whom I spoke with to pay my bill, were each so friendly and answered my questions in a kind and knowledgeable fashion. Kind Regards, JCS

Dear Terry's Heating, and Air Systems The Hill family would…read morelike to express our deepest customer appreciation for the outstanding support that your entire staff rendered us in trying to resolve issues with my father's (Robert J. Bell) AC unit. We were impressed with the tenacity, dedication and customer focus of your responding technicians as well as their advocacy on our behalf in trying to ensure a successful outcome. Management also demonstrated that they stand by their word in terms of serving their customer base, going to bat for us, in efforts to assist my aging father, who has been a very loyal customer with your business, in providing timely and extensive repairs at very little cost, recognizing that he has taken it upon himself to ensure that bi-yearly inspections and repairs if needed are performed by your technicians. We could not ask for a better service support company, as you all have exhibited service above and beyond what we have experienced with other similar service providers in that area of Idaho, quality services that rival what we are now experiencing here in our new home in Boise. We will definitely be recommending your services to others, who may be looking for quality, honest, timely and fair priced Heating, Cooling products and services. Everyone to include the technicians, supporting staff and management should be commended for a job well done. We could not have asked for a more professional and caring engineering support team. You are simply the best of the best. Please feel free to publish our letter for other potential or existing customers to view. They need to know you run a top notch, transparent and quality service, and that they can trust who they are dealing with to provide those services. Respectfully, Laura and Bart Hill

We would highly recommend Terry's, especially with excellent employees like these ones!

Every time I've called them over the years, the staff have been very friendly. Every tech has been clean, polite and efficient. Every bill has been reasonable. A/C went out two days ago. He quickly diagnosed the issue and clearly explained it to me. Our house was cooling back down in no time.

I had Evans Plumbing come out and replace my main water line to my home. They required a 30%…read moredeposit before they could do any work. When they came out I gave them a check for $1,944.60. A few days later I got the remainder of my bill for $4,537.40 which I mailed in. About a month later I got a bill for $1,944.60 plus interest. To make a long story short, I called in several times to tell them I can see the check cleared my bank but they still said they couldn't find it. They said they will look into it but I never heard back from them but they kept sending me a bill with more interest. I had to call back several times see what's going on. The receptionist argued with me that it takes time to find the check (the check was deposited 3 months ago) and I called 21 days ago, gave them the check number for them to look into and never heard back (kept getting billed with interest). This last call they said they could see the check and it "should" be resolved. If this is the service you like then I'd say go for it.... Update: Evans Plumbing called me and apologized for the situation and told me the feedback/training they provided to their administration dept. I can appreciate a business that knows when their customer was not treated to their standards and is trying to learn and grow from their mistakes. I would gladly do business with Evans Plumbing in the future and would refer them to my friends and family.

Nothing that shouldn't be a easy fix. First time they came was 4 hours past the allotted time frame. Claimed they fixed it but it was apparent immediately after they left it was exactly the same as when they arrived. Call again to report that nothing was ever fixed. Never got a bill so assumed they dropped it since nothing got fixed. Only to receive a late notice to a bill that never came. Again call to tell them nothing was fixed and no bill was ever received. They agreed the first bill should be dropped and they'll send someone out again to try to fix the problem. This time they came and replaced parts, leave and again nothing works as it should. Same exact problem on both toilets. Call to tell them again nothing has been fixed to only get the answer "well you probably need new toilets". Evan's plumbing is great at showing up late, not fixing your minor issues, not sending invoices then threaten to send late invoices to collection. I wouldn't take a free toilet from these hoopleheads if they offered and should have had my lawyer pursue fraud claims against them.
