(I could see where they could be late for moves later in the day depending what they run into in their morning move.) Definitely schedule them in the morning if at all possible. I had Johnny and Patrick and they were very professional and polite. They moved me in and out within 2 1/2 hours which what I had expected. They didn't break anything or scratch any walls moving things. One thing the lady on the phone didn't tell me about when she quoted the job was they add fees for wrapping furniture, for the tape they use and for bagging the mattress and box spring. My friends and there 2 small children stored there furniture and personal items in storage here for 3 months during a housing renovation project in PVB... Just 2 days ago they came back to the unit being broken into and items stolen... Very expensive designer clothing and shoes (Prada, Gucci, ys) ... plus household items and worse of all there passports and 2 young children's birth certificates... I wish I was kidding... They approached management about the break-in just to be told that they were not liable ? My friends are filing a lawsuit with an attorney against this storage facility. There personal information has been stolen and worst of all so is there small kids... ***please do not use this this place it is not secure and the management is unfortunately shady... The 78 reviews on there site are somehow all "positive" which means they are written by corporation... pls do your research and anyone else who has had an issue with this storage facility please speak up and and reach out.
