I stopped in to do a test drive on a new vehicle. I entered the showroom where a nice gentleman greeted me and asked if I had been helped. I told him what I wanted to see and he walked me out to the cars to take a look to see if there was a color I liked best from what was available. After I talked about the different options, he left me for a few minutes while he got the car keys and checked my license to make sure it was valid. He gave me back my license so I felt no pressure in his sales tactics. I did my test drive and got a business card to come back in the event that I was interested in purchasing a new car in the near future. The experience was good and there was no feeling of being pressures to buy that day.

I have never been to Sawgrass Ford before but I was in the market for a new car and heard from a friend that purchased a car there to give them a try. I walked in and met Tristan who eventually helped me purchase my new car that day! I didn't think I'd walk out with a deal but I got everything I wanted and they are extremely great to work with! The sales team is super friendly, and sawgrass ford is true to their statement that they have no dealer fees! That destroys the competition and I can't recommend them enough for that alone. The entire process was smooth, from working with the sales logistics, to the finance department, to the accessories department. A few months after my purchase, they even sent me a thoughtful thank you for my purchase to my house. I would definitely consider buying my next car from them when it's time for a new car. I look forward to visiting them for car maintenance in the near future and hope the initial good experience continues.

Been to this Ford dealership only a few times when I was hunting for a 2024 Ford Bronco. They had only a few of the bigger models on the lot but they assigned a new car rep for me to browse the lot. The rep was helpful but not many options out there on the lot and loaded for around $70k. Today, I drove my friend to the service center to purchase a new battery for his vehicle. He called them and had the battery in stock for $189.00. It includes a 3 year warranty, which is more than Pep Boys and Advanced Auto Parts. Within ten minutes he had the battery in hand and we drove out of the lot. Very simple process.

The last time, we drove our Chevy truck straight to Toyota and traded it in. That is HOW BAD both the service and the truck was. They had it for well over a week and never bothered to tell us that they got it running so that we weren't sharing my car. Told us our 6 year old truck with 60k mostly highway miles that had ALL the maintenance done at Ed Norse Sawgrass needed "well over" $10k worth of work - transmission, new shocks/struts, had broken engine mounts, etc but you can trade it in on a NEW truck. What? that truck never had to really work a day in its life. Hauled a small boat MAYBE 3 - 4 times, driven to work and back all highway and a couple of road trips. Further, we never got the comprehensive breakdown of the costs so we could decide what to do, when and plan the work out as we had the money. The service advisor never followed up nor gave us an estimate. Also, all of those things didn't happen overnight so every time we brought it in for oil changes and paid for the overall checkpoint inspections, I guess no one actually did the inspections??? No one noticed broken engine mounts or bad shocks when they did the tire rotations and oil changes over SIX years of service exclusively at this location? We will never go back. They used to be good. Not sure what happened. Either way, I'm happy to be back in a Toyota. Drove my last one for 15 years with only regular maintenance.

The absolute star was our experienced sales man, Mark Mirand!!! I think you always anticipate a certain energy when car sales are involved..Mark was calm, cool, collected the entire time. He allowed my husband and I to ask 1000 questions. He was warm and truly looked out when the deal was done. I complimented Mark many times through our tour and test drive. He is exactly who'd I send my family and friends to if they were in the market for a new or used car. I am looking forward to staying pleased with the service at Nissan Weston in the future. If the turn around I experienced this time is a reflection, I'm so hopeful.

Why would it pre-select GAP insurance? I looking for an out the door price, GAP doesn't apply! Also, open the little 'i' on the circle to see price breakdowns. Dealer doc fees or nothing less than robbery, and the estimated registration fees....inflated. I have decided to NEVER buy a car in Florida after looking how to do the research provided by caredge.com and Delivrd.com. Florida has the highest fees and add-on than any other state. Be sure to negotiate and watch out for hidden charges.

I had a great experience working with Kenny Bello when purchasing my new Hyundai Sonata Hybrid…read moreLimited. I had just had my previous car stolen and, since I would not have otherwise been in the market for a new car, the entire situation was stressful and unexpected. Kenny was genuinely sympathetic and made the process much easier than I expected. He was friendly, patient, and easy to work with throughout the entire purchase, and he never made me feel rushed or pressured. He took the time to answer my questions and explain the different features of the car, and what I appreciated even more was that his help didn't stop once the sale was complete. I had additional questions afterward, and Kenny continued to respond to my texts and took the time to meet with me at the dealership so we could go through some of the features together. He even followed up with me again several weeks after the deal was finished just to check in and see how everything was going. That kind of follow-through stood out to me and made the experience feel much more personal than just another car sale. I've been very happy with my Sonata, and I really appreciate Kenny helping make an otherwise stressful situation much less stressful. I would definitely recommend asking for him if you're shopping for a Hyundai.

Very Disappointing Experience with Rick Case Hyundai Davie…read more I purchased my daughter's new 2024 Hyundai Elantra from Rick Case Hyundai in Davie, and unfortunately, our recent experience with the dealership's service department was extremely frustrating. The vehicle's battery went completely dead, and because the battery was dead, the key fob would not unlock the vehicle. When we brought the car to the dealership, the service advisor asked where the emergency/mechanical key was. The problem is that we were never given the mechanical key when the vehicle was sold to us. I contacted the salesperson who sold me the vehicle, who I believe was Fanfan, and explained the situation. Unfortunately, instead of helping resolve the problem, I was essentially pushed around and told that he had never heard of such a thing. The service advisor was also not helpful, and I eventually had to escalate the matter to the service manager and Hyundai customer service. Ultimately, the dealership had to access the vehicle from underneath in order to get the door open. What is most frustrating is that after purchasing a new vehicle from this dealership, I should not have had to spend so much time and effort dealing with something as basic as accessing the vehicle when the battery died. My biggest concern now is: What happens the next time the battery dies? We still need a proper solution and assurance that we have the correct emergency/mechanical key to unlock the vehicle. This experience involved unnecessary frustration, wasted time, and a lack of ownership from both the sales and service sides. I expected much better customer service from a dealership where I purchased the vehicle. I hope Rick Case Hyundai takes this matter seriously and provides us with the proper mechanical/emergency key and an explanation of why it was not provided when the vehicle was purchased.
