One prescription became no longer available this summer. We called Brashear's pharmacy late that afternoon and they had it the next day. Last October Walgreens called to tell us they could synchronize our prescriptions so we could stop in once a month to pick them up. Since then everything went crazy. We pickup a prescription one day and later that day or two days later another one is ready. It's as if they want to keep you coming into their store. Maybe that's why they give rewards if you visit five to seven times a month! I spoke with the pharmacy manager to address my concerns on 9/30/2020 at 3:30 pm and she made it very clear that she didn't have time for me. I will be switching my prescriptions to a pharmacy that cares about me personally and has time for me. Thank you Brashear's pharmacy for already providing to me that you personally care for your customers.

However, there is one policy that I find very frustrating, and it feels like a scam. Their return policy states that they do not refund money; instead, you only receive store credit. This is their biggest issue. For example, their washers are not tested, and they claim this is because there is no external water hookup available. You have just three days to make a return, so if you buy something on a Thursday, your return window will expire by the following Sunday. It's important to note that this is a commercial building, and it is against county code not to have an external water hookup. Additionally, under Florida law, retailers are not required to provide you with a refund.
