Your customer service skills need a lot of improvement. I ordered a large order and wanted just two burgers with just cheese that I ordered separately and when I picked up my order they had no cheese. Out of 24 burgers you couldn't take two back and put just cheese on them. I paid the same price as I would if it had all the elements. Just terrible customer service. When picking up the order there was about 5 or 6 high school boys there distracting the counter worker, by going behind the counter and screwing around and asking for their free food. Went to get a quick bite to eat and was so pleasantly surprised by the food and hospitality. Maria went above and beyond to make sure I understood the menu and to help me order exactly what I would like. She had the best patience with dealing with my hard to please elderly father. I ordered the box #2 with 2 steakhouse ribeye sliders. I did not make any edits, I did not ask for anything to be taken off, added on, etc. I should have checked my order before I left but didn't open it until I got home and the sandwiches were missing all toppings except the meat and the bun. I called the restaurant and they told me they would replace the order today or any other day. I told them I could not come back today because it was already late and I was far. I had already waited 30 mins for the order after it was placed. I was then told they asked the cook what happened and apparently he said he "forgot to add the toppings" I'm truly confused how you forget to add toppings that are supposed to come on the sandwich? Wow this place is so busy! And it's nice to see they open late, so if you get drunk you can come here and grub on some sliders. The portions they give you are pretty good, the fries are very good. Reminds me of white castle. The big burger that comes with number 11 box is pretty good, needs a little bit of salt but otherwise very tasty. The chicken tenders are pretty damn good too. Overall I think this will be a great addition to the restaurants around the area. read more

I went into their drive thru and it was 10:30pm (close at 12) and nobody was there. Waited for about 10-15 mins before I decided to leave. 7-8 cars were waiting outside because they had online orders prepaid and nobody wad there to make the food. sad :( read more
