If that was a double cut, it certainly didn't look like it. To make matters worse, they damaged my trashcan enclosure and never mentioned it. I was willing to overlook it... until I received an email saying they were coming back to mow again--for $65--without my approval or request. I never agreed to recurring service, and I find it incredibly unprofessional to assume permission like that. I hired them based on the claim of 20+ years of experience, but the results and business practices didn't reflect that at all. I won't be using them again, and I suggest others look elsewhere.
