I can literally walk there in 10 mins. I'd seen this dental office on social media and love the aesthetic of the outside. The photos of the inside I've seen was just as impressive. The husband-wife team of dentists are young and family oriented. I knew I'd found my place! GETTING IN: scheduling an appointment was so easy. The gal I spoke to was very professional and friendly and we easily coordinated a date and time for my initial visit. I show up on the day of my visit very excited. Giddy, even. Let's get these teeth in tip-top shape! Check in was simple and I glance around the large waiting area. Portraits of the dentists and their child are framed and mounted on the wall, along with licenses and certificates. I love the ambiance, still smells brand new, lighting is comfortable and every surface is clean. There's what I can only guess is a child's play room, but I'm not 100% sure. THE TEAM: I have to say, the treatment team in back are awesome. Down to earth and really fun, actually. We shared quite a few laughs in conversation. The equipment is state of the art, so easy for my X-ray results and explanation of my dental health to be broken down simply for me on a screen. I required some repair and the doctor patched me up quick. Overall, I am very happy having trusted my gut with this new practice and I'm sure you can guess I can't wait for my next cleaning. I visited in November and was charged upfront because they were unsure if my insurance would cover the services. I happily paid. My insurance did indeed cover the service except the oral exam and the insurance and dentist agreed to a contracted amount. The dentist refuses to honor the contracted amount and only offered a partial refund. Their reasoning is insurance didn't cover it anyways so we are going to charge you the full amount and not the contracted amount we agreed upon with your insurance. Stephanie was combative and said she would call me back for a refund in two weeks. I had to call back multiple times letting them know that insurance has paid them and they owe me a refund yet they only provided a partial. My dental insurance company called them as well to advise they should not be charging the full amount and should be charging the contract amount but they disagreed and refused to refund me. They continued arguing with the insurance as well. At this point my insurance is filing a complaint. This is unfortunate because I really liked the dentist but the fact that I called, my insurance company called, and they do not know how to bill properly is fraudulent. There are so many other great dentist in this area go to don't bother with this place. Look at their google reviews there are others that have complained about the same thing. Look at your explanation of benefits because this dentist is pocketing the money.

They would not squeeze me in to look at a my broken crown in order to replace or repair it. But rather, they wanted to schedule me in along with their regular appointments and make me wait for days or the following week causing me to have to go several days with discomfort and a part of my tooth that was broken. This is very frustrating. My advice is to find a dentist who can squeeze you in the same day to look at dental emergencies instead of treating you like a regular appointment. They have always been friendly and welcoming. The office is always nicely kept. They have tv screens in the waiting room and offer complimentary coffee. I like that they provide thorough print outs of the treatment you're receiving/paying for. If they don't you can ask them for one and they'll provide it. Treatments are also thorough. The hygienist explains everything before she completes the cleaning. You'll also get your total at that time before so you know what you're paying for. My stepson's braces were delayed for removal multiple times, dragging the process out for over a year. Now that it's finally time for retainers, they're saying they can't even mail them to our home. Everything has to be done on their terms. If you're not a stay-at-home parent with unlimited time to drive around and sit in waiting rooms, beware. This office makes things far harder than they need to be, and the customer service is almost nonexistent.
