My hair was already sun-blonde--I just wanted it lighter with cool, bright tones. The result was the opposite. My hair was taken down to a dark brown with no blonde tones at all. I contacted the salon and was offered a redo with a senior stylist the following Tuesday. I later requested a refund instead, since my hair now needed major correction, but was told the redo would be free. At my appointment, the senior stylist did her part by fixing the color. However, at the end--after multiple bowls of product and no prior pricing discussion--the manager informed me I owed an additional $300. This directly contradicted what I was told earlier about the service being free. Instead of honoring the original $200 or making the correction right, I ended up paying for the initial mistake plus more on top. There was no upfront communication about added costs, which is unacceptable. The senior stylist was professional and did manage to make it back to the original color, but the management and billing practices were misleading and unprofessional. I will not be returning.

Dr. Imam is not only amazing, he is kind, understanding and has walked us through this process. He helped coordinate a team of orthodontist, periodontist, and oral surgeon. He was crutial in healing my son's trama to his mouth. He needed braces, 3 root canals, an extraction and gum work. Dr. Imam was also always available even for emergencies on the weekends. The final 2 front teeth are beautiful and no one will ever be able to tell they are veneers. The staff, the office, the follow through is more than expected. We are truly grateful for their care of our son's teeth.

It is under new ownership. The new owner lacks customer service. It was my first time seeing her in there. She gave me a very unfriendly look upon walking in, she never greeted me, then proceeded to just glare at me while I was checking in. I went to leave she gave me another rude look. She never said a word to me while I was there. I just received unfriendly faces from her. She made me feel so uncomfortable like I wasn't welcome in her salon. Let's not forget, I am a paying customer and this is my first time meeting this woman. The other girl working the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. She is usually the one working whenever I go in. I appreciate her and how helpful she was to me. I'm canceling my membership here. This is the most unprofessional business I've ever gone in.
