The guy came out the back door and said "Hey you, bring that over here." I was going to put the suitcase next to the SA truck that was present but didn't even have a chance before that nasty guy continued to talk down to me. I usually drop off donations about once a month on a Saturday when the older gentleman who drives the truck is there, he's always very polite. But this incident was unacceptable.. I'm going to reconsider donating to the salvation Army if these are the kind of employees they hire.

While it's packed with treasures large and small, it's quite neat and clean. The owner, Betty-Ann, obviously enjoys what she does, takes pride in her shop, and is quite warm and helpful. I truly thought I was doing the right thing donating her curated pieces of furniture to an organization like SVDP since she was a devout woman of faith. These people were no help. Wouldn't take antiques in pristine condition because "sets" were incomplete. It's eclectic, that's the point! The owner was super nice and I really liked her sense of style which I believe shines through in her assortment. I went in for one thing and left with three which should tell you about how I identified with her styles. My wife loved all three things! Definitely a place worth checking out.
