    Jewelry in the case

Great selection, very orderly, super friendly staff! I browsed and found several items I needed. At the front, staff happily help me look at the jewelry in the display and generally carried on pleasant conversation about pieces as I looked. My adult son asked to see the violin for sale and tuned it, and then played a bit of a song. Staff enjoyed it and brought out a guitar and talked with us about it too. The mystery item in the display case turned out to be cute animal silver plated birthday candle holders, as Google identified. We had a fun visit to Savers, and the staff were a big part of the reason.

Broken earring that i HAD to pay for at a donation store.

Very rude workers, an earring fell to the floor by accident and broke, and the worker requested that i pay for it. So i ended up paying $10 for a donation that they receive from people like me. I would never go back to this store. People be very careful not to brake anything at this store because you will end up paying for it. Miserable.

Was really excited to see this scarf and then saw the price. Seriously savers!?

Still overpriced and trashy as all heck. Wanted some cheap practice yarn and the yarn there is basically the same price as the original store who sold it. Cheap tshirts can be 7.49 which is absurd! I used to drive out to this store hoping to at least find something, but Im always left disappointed and empty handed

Savers, you should be ashamed of yourselves. What the hell happened to thrifting? These aren't something you should be selling here in store. Take these "high ticket" items to eBay or something. Quite embarrassing.

I always find awesome pieces here- large and small and always great quality! If you're looking for something special or to furnish a rental Property quickly and easily this is the spot. They have the largest selection by far, and most of what they accept is in good condition. There's always something interesting in their collection, which at any time has handmade, vintage, collectible, and other unique items alongside more conventional ones. The more desirable vintage and antique items won't be cheap, but they'll be cheaper than at a curated vintage or antique furniture shop. Jubilee isn't a thrift store, and in some cases their prices can be a bit high. Everything is final sale, so there's an element of "buyer beware," like most resale shops. They put the brand name on the price tag if it's a selling point, but not so much for cheaper brands. Once I purchased an item here, and when I got home I found the label and saw it was made in China by a low-end furniture company. I never would have paid as much had I known, so I felt a bit duped. However I still wound up going back as I never found as much furniture I liked anywhere else. And for what it's worth, the item has held up. Most of their service is provided by volunteers, who are nice, but some are more knowledgeable than others. To sum up, it's not perfect, but in a retail landscape where most new furniture is either flimsy "manufactured wood" or ultra-expensive high end brands, Jubilee helps fill an important gap for affordable quality furniture.

From the outside shelf walls where all the non-Amazon Buys books are supposed to be, I pulled out 99% of them marked with a special $2.99 sticker. I first asked an associate and they told me they're not responsible for if a customer puts their book back in the wrong spot... I then asked the manager to honor the price they're supposed to be since 99% were priced up and she said no. They're priced accurately because GW resells them to Amazon for a profit if they dont sell in the store. So you're telling me... 1) customers are now being forced to pay GW a x3 profit margin on a book that used to only be $.99? Just because they can sell on Amazon? 2) I checked the Amazon reseller profit margin for those $2.99 books and they're all selling on Amazon for an average of $5. 3) that means that GW would rather try to gouge their customers x3 in stores first before they sell the book to Amazon ANYWAY for an increased profit. Does GW have a law they must try to resell physical books to its brick and mortar customers at any price they choose to set before Amazon will let them sell to Amazon? If not, GW would be more ethical to just box up every book they get and send it straight to Amazon, saying "we don't accept books anymore" instead of price-gouging their customers for no reason. Just go get your $5 from Amazon then!! Why price gouge me for $2.99 on every book I pick up that should only be $.99 for me? If you're going to continue price gouging customers in stores, then re-label shelves accordingly so customers know exactly where to find the worthless, ripped, and spine-warped $.99 books Amazon wont take....instead of wasting my life thinking $.99 book? Nope, $2.99... $.99 book? Nope, $2.99 again. This is what they call DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES. I am removing my business from GW until this is corrected and I will encourage others to do the same.
