This is what they were supposed to send what i paid for what was confirmed and advertised

I asked BEFORE I made the purchase 2X's via email IF the power supply they are advertising for my Denon-MCX8000-AC-Adapter-C Denon MCX8000 AC Adapter Power Cord Supply Charger Cable Wire is in stock & will work for my controller. I got a YES from them 2X's/BOTH times. Ok, I paid $24.98. Order number is 323824, placed 11/25/2024 at 01:18PM. CustomerID# 311270. Look at the 2 pictures attached. FIRST picture on top of the YELLOW Envelope is what I rec'd from them. I did NOT pay for this junk. The 2nd PICTURE here shows a white background with 2 pieces of cables. A power supply block & a SEPARATE THICKER cable. THAT is what was being ADVERTISED on their website & THAT Is what I paid for AFTER I CONFIRMED with them that is what I wanted via email 2X's. I asked for a refund since they did straight FALSE advertising as I discovered there is Negative feedback & complaints on BBB about this company doing the SAME shady business practices to OTHER buyers. I emailed them 6 times with NO response. After threatening with negative feedback PLUS reporting this on my podcast, the FINALLY responded telling me I will have to pay MYSELF for return shipment PLUS they will charge me RESTOCKING FEE. This is THEIR fault. I REFUSE to pay restocking fee OR shipping. They REFUSE to send me PAID label. They REFUSE to give me FULL $25. refund after one of THEIR workers sent me the WRONG item NOT advertised as u can CLEARLY see in the 2 pics I attached here. No one gave them the right to take my payment then send me a small single cable single block adapter then say it's the same when u can SEE it's NOT. The one advertised is a SEPARATE DOUBLE CABLE. Not that smaller one block piece, especially after 2X confirmation BEFORE payment. I want FULL REFUND. PAID LABEL & COMPENSATION for raising my already dangerously high blood pressure, wasting my TIME, LYING about it. They are doing this to OTHER People as well. Look at their negative feedback even on THIS site BBB as well. I'm reporting to C/A.

I usually prefer to figure things out on my own, but it wasn't easy to see which section of the store was for basketball shoes vs. running shoes. Then I asked a Nike representative a quick question. Kerry immediately helped show me where to look. Then he made a few suggestions and with the help he enlisted from another Nike expert, I quickly had three pairs of shoes to try on. It was a very efficient, helpful process. I found the prices to be reasonable and the selection was extensive. I had received an email about a 10% discount for my birthday. While reading the email about how to redeem that discount, I saw that I needed to download the Nike app. When I did that, I got another message; this time with a 15% discount (if I spent $100). My shoes were $80, so I added some socks and a t-shirt. I ended up saving $16. I sought out the Manager, Drew to compliment Kerry for his excellent assistance. In the past, any time I needed to buy shoes, I would have to think about where to even start. Next time it will be an easier decision. I'm going to the Nike Clearance Store

So sometimes you get lucky, sometimes you don't. But you can save money. This store has limited sizes if you wear larger than 10 in women's. Had to check the mens but only one pair in the style I liked but not the color Hopefully next time, I'll find something in my size and the color I want. Employees were helpful. Packed on a Saturday night.

I wrote the following letter to their national customer service dept. A manager was not around to…read morehear my concerns and after several phone calls where you are forced to leave a message, I wrote the following correspondence from this horrific experience. Racial sensitivity should not be on the training or customer notification! I have not heard a word. That's unfortunate considering what their shoes cost! I will definitely be rethinking my brand loyalty! I am writing to formally bring to your attention a concerning issue regarding highly inappropriate and offensive behavior that I have observed within your store. On Sunday, February 23rd at approximately 2:30 p.m., I was shopping in the above company store.. As I was shopping in the women's shoe section, I was being assisted by a young African-American man named Keon (forgive any misspellings please). While letting me shop he became engaged into a conversation with one of his colleagues named "Cyrus" where Cyrus began to ask him what was acceptable to him in conversation. "You don't mind being called Black do you?" Cyrus asked. "What if I called you a nigger? Would you mind that? he further inquired. He simply said before I could make it around the corner to the front of the store where they were talking, ""No, I don't think you should say that." I applaud him for his demeanor. At that point I could no longer stand aside and I said, "I would and am offended that you would even say that." Cyrus apologized and said he didn't mean anyone to hear that. However, for anyone to hear that in a workplace as a colleague or a customer would contradict any decent company's values of fairness, respect, and inclusivity. Incidents such as these are a form of harassment and actions such as these have created an uncomfortable and unfair work environment, affecting employee morale and productivity. And this is what I heard among your employees one to another. No telling what that poor man may have to endure outside of the public's eye. I believe that addressing this matter promptly is essential to fostering a more inclusive and respectful workplace that your customers can be proud of. I kindly request that management conduct a thorough investigation into this issue and take the necessary steps to ensure that all employees are treated equitably and in accordance with company policies and legal standards. I appreciate your time and attention to this matter and am confident that the company will take appropriate measures to rectify the situation. Please let me know if you require any further details or if I can assist in any way. Thank you for your prompt consideration. I look forward to your response.

I never write bad reviews, but this time I had to. The three times I've been to the store every…read moretime same HORRIBLE service but today just pushed me over the edge. I understand that the salespeople are overwhelmed especially around the holiday season but the job is to tend to customers. I asked multiple salespeople to help me with a pair of heels but it took 20 mins of me asking to the point asking them "to do me a favor" and check. Then I see a bag I like with no tag in it nor on it, I kindly ask a saleswoman to assist me and she pushes me away and says "it's in the bag". Then tells me to "go ask another rep" while she's going through her customer receipts. I respect the job and understand it's tough, but service should be #1 when I'm about to buy a $1500 bag and $500 shoes. If anyone from management is interested to know who I had this experience with, feel free to contact me.
