However if when you get there they have to change any part of your order then you are charged at a higher price. This happened to me. When I got home I checked the price on the internet and found I had been charged substantially more. Rang them up and the response was very unfriendly in fact to the point of rude and arrogant Fine just won't be using them again. Plenty of tyre places with better service and now as I have found better prices.

I took my car to Dave Johnson who works here, in good faith. I asked for my car to look factory…read morestandard and if he could achieve this - his reply was "yes, definitely". The rear quarter panel had been reversed into, and the front end also had been hit, both when my car was parked. I just wanted to get it looking right so I could sell it. When I picked my car up, I could see that he'd just sprayed over while the body kit was still on, not great but I didn't complain. He only charged me £350 which is extremely cheap - but I didn't ask for a cheap job, I asked if he could get it factory. Anyhow, he'd not straightened the front end either, and said he couldn't do anything more. I grudgingly paid him as I needed the car that day. When I looked at the car in direct sunlight, to my horror I noticed scratch marks all over the car where it hadn't been sanded with fine paper. I saw filler lumps, bad overspray all over the car(including silver paint on my driver seat), runs in the paintwork. The paint doesn't match - he's used too much metallic in parts and it looks like glitter. Honestly, it's the worst spray job I've ever seen. He has offered to put it right, I'm reluctant to trust him again as this was his idea of "factory standard paintwork". He'd not even bothered to polish the paint in parts, it just looks terrible. I'm asking for a refund, if I don't get it it'll be a small claims court job. I honestly feel like he's thought I'm a push over here - leaving scratches in the filler is a joke, even an apprentice sprayer would know to use fine sanding to get the scratches out. I've told him that I want a refund, he's refused. I've explained that he has got spray paint on the interior(on the drivers seat!), he denies this and says he sprayed with the door closed. He has also denied saying that he could get it up to a factory standard. This man is a liar and I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy. I'm currently in the process of taking him to court, I've checked the law and I have the right to end my contract with him and get a refund and damages.
