This is definitely a typical Superstore with familiar brands, products and prices, as well as a similar layout. It includes a Joe Fresh, a pharmacy and a bakery. This store definitely has some supply issues as they were out of a few things, but that is typical for small town in interior BC. Previously when I visited this store there was no cell signal in the back half of the store, which is frustrating if you are trying to look at a digital app for your grocery list or calling someone to ask if there is milk in the fridge. But this time I was able to do both with far less issues. The gentleman who checked me out was so nice, he grabbed me from a longer line to open up his till, made friendly conversation, and had such an upbeat attitude for a very busy day, 3 days before Christmas. Here are just a few of her qualities: She has the ability to accurately interpret prescriptions, knowledgable, kind, patient and very professional and patient orientated. If you have an allergy to a certain medication and it is prescribed by mistake, she and her team will not fill the prescription. Her team is alert, friendly and very hardworking. I also got the most amazing service from the man at the fish department, I musts have looked surprised, I suppose I was, as good and great customer service is just not a thing of the past. Then to top off the incredible experience when I got to the cashier, wow, I have been taken care of by Leslie a few times, she has the Smile one will never forget and it sends you off in the best mood ever. Thank you Superstore staff, all three department were shining today.
