Landlord Advocates is a godsend in this godless city of corrupt bureaucrats and politicians bent on…read morescrewing over landlords in the name of "justice for the downtrodden". I had a tenant who abruptly stopped paying his rent. Apparently he had contacted a tenant advocate service, which is nothing more than legal sharks now being funded by California to defend deadbeats. The tenant, who was probably on drugs, began paranoid rantings and case-building against me. He tried to turn the other tenants against me. I looked at the possibility of evicting him and realized that I was facing an uphill battle with the current LA political climate. It was at this point that I ran across the Landlord Advocates. After vetting them carefully, I made a down payment on their services. They are so confident in their ability that they offer a money-back guarantee. That's hard to ignore these days, with the bait-and-switch mentality of many businesses. One thing led to another and before our plan came to fruition, I was able to navigate a "cash for keys" deal with the deadbeat tenant. True to their word, Landlord Advocates refunded my money. That sort of integrity is in short order these days. God forbid that I need them, but if this situation arises again, I know who I will call!! The Landlord Advocates.

I was initially working with another attorney on a complicated business dispute, but that attorney did not handle litigation. Once it became clear that litigation would be necessary, I had to find new counsel. Supporting women-owned businesses is important to me, so I set out to find a competent attorney in the Los Angeles area who owned her own firm. I'm extremely grateful that search led me to Jennifer. We arranged a meeting between the three of us so she could be brought up to speed on the case. Afterward, my original attorney told me I had made an excellent choice and that Jennifer would be perfect for what I needed. At the time, I didn't realize how absolutely right that was. Throughout my case, Jennifer explained legal procedures and terminology in a clear and patient way. If I misunderstood something or had incorrect information, she would calmly walk through it with me and explain the facts without ever making me feel less than. That kind of respect and clarity makes a huge difference in a complicated legal situation. She was honest about risks, open to a collaborative approach, and always made sure I had a voice in the strategy. At the same time, she was aggressive when necessary and fought hard for my interests. I always knew I had someone firmly in my corner, and I grew to trust her immensely. Jennifer is widely known for her expertise in real estate law, but she also handled my business dispute with impressive skill. She is upbeat but direct, extremely capable, and keeps things structured so matters move forward without unnecessary costs or wasted time. She owns her own firm and works incredibly hard for her clients. In an industry that can still feel like a boys' club, she is a strong advocate. If you need an attorney who is sharp, responsive, and relentless in protecting your interests, Gardner & Associates is an excellent choice.

My Case, litigation is still on going. But very communicative, extensive knowledge about the law…read morewith details research are beyond the excellent service. Best out of any.
