The first two companies said they wouldn't or couldn't raise the concrete. Save concrete's representative assured me they could do it. The two workers came on time. In a few hours they were done. What a great job they did. read more

After a year we had some issues with our cement caulking and concrete. The guys were sent out and it was repaired quickly! I am appreciative and would recommend this company currently! read more

Leveled up my sidewalk better than I expected and were prompt, thorough and professional.

Two of my large concrete patio slabs (about 8' x 8' each) had sunk about 2" at one end, creating a significant trip hazard. CRC did a great job raising these slabs and lining them up with the rest of the patio. I was so pleased with their work, that I hired them to do a bigger job raising several larger concrete slabs on my daughter's driveway. read more

These guys were top notch from start to finish...We had everything done...I'd say maybe the only thing we could've skipped was the sealing coat...otherwise the power wash...the leveling and the caulking were absolutely awesome...I don't trip over uneven concrete anymore and the caulking has held up well so far after one winter...they even took care of a small spot that sunk after filling in one of the pump holes...Price was very fair, and I have recommended them to a few friends and I know at least one of them have used their service...I believe anyone that thinks their uneven or cracked concrete needs to be replaced should give these guys a call first to see if they can take care of their needs first...free no obligation evaluation and quote were given to me, and I jumped on it after comparing their price to replacement costs!!! read more

Appointment was easy to set up and coordinate with driveway installation. Crew was here on time, were efficient and did a great job. Cracks were sealed at a later date also efficiently, job well done. Value for price was good. read more

I had a couple of tripping issues with the concrete around my home. CRC CONCRETE came out and gave me a reasonable quote for raising and repairing the concrete where it was needed, they did an excellent job and I don't have to worry about me or a family member tripping and getting hurt, everything is nice and smooth read more

This company is great to work with. The people were all friendly and competent from the estimate to the actual work. The work itself exceeded my expectations. They filled some very large cracks in my garage floor and raised a concrete sidewalk next to my house. I would highly recommend them. read more

An outstanding job of raising my walkway in minimal time and all those involved were courteous and professional. A job well done. CRC will be the first on my list for future projects. read more

I hired CRC to level my walkway. They showed up on the scheduled day and completed the work. Here's how things went from there... The holes (which I was told would be hard to see) were so noticeable that it looked like I designed my walkway to look like a Dalmatian, and the crew made such a huge mess cutting into the cement that it took me a little over a week to wash away the debris and collect all of the chunks of cement they left in my yard. After only a few months the cement they worked on started to crack in half and sections of the walkway started breaking up (where corners met). I called the CRC office and after I finally got someone on the phone, I explained the situation and provided them with pictures as requested to clearly show them the problem. The lady I spoke to said they'd come back asap to assess the damage and fix the problem. After a few months of waiting I called in again (and again, and emailed them since they never pick up the phone) to see when I could expect them to come back and fix the damage. They said they've been busy and will stop by asap. Then winter hit... and they said they'd be by in the spring. Towards the end of spring they finally showed up... took a look at the damage, and had the nerve to say it was there before they did the work. Then shortly after I started pulling up before/after pictures - the guy stopped me and said that they could drill through all of the existing holes and redo the same job "but it probably wont do any good". At that point I said I'd rather not deal with another huge mess if he believes it won't do any good, and told him to take off. A total waste of time and money in the end, the walkway is now worse than it was before and it didn't take long at all. It was just slanted, now it's cracked and breaking apart. I had to use patching cement to coverup the really bad parts and even that's breaking apart now. Poor customer service and quality of work. P.S. The CRC guarantee is BS. The guy I spoke to when they showed up even said "you need to read the fine print, we're not responsible for fixing damage that we cause". Then why the whole song and dance and false promises?? CRC raised our patio and two front walks and did an amazing job. It's unbelievable how much they were able to raise our concrete. We were able to eliminate an entire step leading to our front door and our patio door. We also appreciate the time the sales rep took to answer our questions. Jon came out on a Saturday just to walk us through the quote a second time. He also pointed out other areas of concern that we had missed. Their quote was better than the competitor since they use actual concrete instead of a petroleum-based product and they also recommended caulking. read more

We contacted CRC for cement raising needed on our back patio. The salesman came out, and I explained that we wanted it all level, as there were a lot of tripping hazards. They gave us a quote for the raising and caulking, and said it will look great when done. They came and did the raising. I contacted them and sent pictures where there were still uneven spots where people could trip, and that was the whole point of having it done. They assured me that once they caulked, that would take care of it. After they caulked a few days later, it was still not level - there were a few places where the cement was still heaving. They said they could come out and shave it so that it's level, but they would charge us an ADDITIONAL $100! That sounds shady and very much like a scam. To tell a customer that it will be level and look great - charge us a LOT of $ - and then come back after the fact and say if we wanted it level it will cost more. read more

CRC does excellent work and a neighbor used them after seeing what they were able to do with my walkway. They were very easy to work with and they coordinated well with the city water department. They were also very reasonably priced. I highly recommend CRC. read more

CRC raised several spots on our front walkway, front stoop and side walkway. They came out in the late fall with a quote and honored the price the following late spring. They came back and did all the caulking after a few weeks and everything has held up perfectly. Overall, CRC did a a great job for a good price and I would recommend them if you have concrete issues. read more

I recommend for you to use CRC concrete raising ! They are the most honest, reliable concrete repair company ! We asked them yesterday if I can have someone get an estimate in our back door stoop concrete problem and the response was so fast , they came here in less than 24 hrs ! The inspector, Mario was great, instead of telling us that we could fix our stoop, he found more problem and tell us what to do and very honest about it . He didn't sell us anything that wouldn't work in Our problem! Guys, If you need more in depth how these people are genuine and rare, don't hesitate to message me! We need more of these kind of company, not a sellout people trying to get you money! read more

This was the second half of my driveway repair. The first half was the actual raising of the concrete, an excellent job by this company. The second half was coming back to caulk between the sections of my driveway and walkway. Very happy with the outcome and would recommend this company to anyone who has concrete sinking. read more

Chris was patience in explaining the process which I appreciated as a customer. CRC provided a quality product in raising my patio & front walkway at a reasonable price. I have and will continue to refer them to family & friends for service in their area of service. Although the project was delayed for a season CRC honored the price quoted. Good communication, nice people to work with, cost was fair. Finally opinion will be made after the job is finished. Need cracks repaired

I've never had work like this done before. The crew who came to do the work was seemingly quite experiences and worked together effectively and efficiently. The lead man took the time to explain everything they were doing. The work was done as promised and on-time. I found two unfortunate issues. The 1st person who came out estimated the cost at about half of what it was eventually quoted. That was disconcerting but we had the work done anyway. As an ignorant consumer, I didn't think about the "cause and effect" from raising the patio and sidewalk. Again, the lead showed me some additional things I could do to remediate the new issues that raising caused. I expect I'll be in a better position to comment further in a year or so. read more

Our concrete driveway had sunk due to poor drainage from the gutters and Adam came out and gave us a quote on the spot. He spent a good amount of time explaining their process and why concrete is better than using a high density foam or "mud jacking" company and really educated us on what we were spending our money on. I am extremely happy with the work they did! The crew arrived early and were extremely professional and efficient- really a well oiled machine. My 5 year old thought it was so cool and they didn't seem put off by their little visitor. The team ended up doing a little more work to make it perfect for us and I am so please. I no longer need to worry about my kids tripping on a steep step from the driveway into the house or needing to floor it to get into my garage. Thank you CRC! read more

The team with CRC was on time, professional and answered all the questions I had. Once the driveway and sidewalk were raised, I then scheduled to have them back to caulk all of the spaces to insure that water didn't flow under the newly raised concrete. CRC did a great job there too and when the caulk didn't properly settle in a couple places they immediately came back out to fix the issue. They offer the best value of all the companies I contacted and one of the best warranties! read more

I paid $1500 for CRC to mudjack my front/back porch. They were the most expensive in my quotes, but them seemed to be professional, with a four year guarantee. I needed calking as well. Was told by Adam I might not need it, it would be a minor addition. Please see CRC's calking quote of $800! This is no minor sum - it is called bait and switch! The owner's son called his father before the job was done and put me on the phone. I told him how disappointed I was with the gaps in the concrete and the owner said he would be out within the week to fix. He never showed up, but sent me the outrageous quote! His son promised to return to power wash the deck. I called again, my phone call was never returned. Very disappointed as they are unprofessional and dishonest. The deck, as you can see from my photos, looks worse than when they started! The job was left incomplete! read more

great job by this company. Did excellent work at a fair price at my church. Would highly recommend them.

We recently had CRC do our sidewalk. Our experience was less than good. The workers started drilling and not using water, even though they told me to have a hose ready for their use. Our neighbors (and friends) walked over and politely asked them to use water, as dust was getting over everything on their porch/etc. They were a bit rude and went on without doing this. I eventually had to go out and tell them to use water. When they left, the did not clean anything -- if this is normal, they didn't tell us. The sides of our house and the whole surrounding area needs powerwashed. The sidewalk services was good, but the entire service experience was not good. They left without notifying us, so I had to call the office to complain. Someone from the office was supposed to call us to discuss, but I never heard back. Please work on your customer relations. I will hesitate to recommend CRC in the future. read more

CRC arrived on time on time and did an excellent job leveling my front walk. It's been a few months now, and their work holds up!

Within minutes the sidewalk was raised to it's correct height. No more trip hazard. Thank you CRC.

CRC arrived on time as scheduled. The team was professional. Did a great job on the walkway raising. Cleaned up the site at a great price.

Hired this company to raise a concrete step and they basically broke my perfectly good step and tried to cover it up. Then they said they would refund my money if I were to get the step replaced. I found a cheaper option (and by cheaper I mean $3,500!!) than replacing the step. They said the only way they would give me a partial refund is if I signed something stating that I would not tell anyone of my experience. I refuse to sign in the hopes that my experience would have someone in the future. Do not hire these people. Save yourself the headache read more

Fast response, well done job, exactly what we wanted. No concerns with the quality or delivery.

As president of a homeowners' association, I value companies that deliver quality services, on time, and at a fair price. CRC has done this for us and is one of the reasons we continue to use them. Homeowners are pleased with the results. From getting the process started with Dennis, who walked the property with me and discussed options to Ralph and his crew who did the work it was a positive experience. The office did a wonderful job of scheduling so we could avoid multiple things going on at one time. We will using CRC for our next concrete raising project. read more
