Instead, I was confronted by a store manager--a woman who wore her Post-it name tag like some sort of military medal. Not only did they ring up my items incorrectly, they could not figure out how to make it right. And that was somehow my fault. Honestly, simple problem solving got the best of them. I certainly wish I would have gone to CVS. Maybe that would have been a normal visit to a store, not something that I keep replaying in my mind like a bad horror movie. Truly TERRIBLE customer service. CVS is only a few miles away. Save your weekend--it's too late for me.

Annette was the manager that convinced me to give them a try after every single nightmare I had with the other Walgreens. I haven't regretted it since. Just so everyone knows, I have been a customer of Walgreens for over 25 years. They are just as rare to find a good one in other states as well! I don't know what it is with this company, but previous Walgreens have brought me so much stress. When you find a good one, and you will, stick with them even thru random mistakes. It'll be worth it in the long run. Finding a decent pharmacy today is like winning the lottery. And I whole heartedly mean that. I could write pages and pages of rotten experiences from this company. They've brought me to tears. I'm just grateful I didn't give up. This branch has lovely, patient staff. They've filled when they said they would. And they deserve people to give them a chance. I have nothing negative to say about this group of pharmacists and their assistants.
