It's also the cleanest Aldi I have ever been in. Like most Aldi locations, this store offers many unique items and lot of ways to stretch your food budget with discount prices. There are 2 big reasons why I dislike this Aldi... It may be the most crowded Aldi I have ever visited, even during non-peak hours. There are 2 other nearby Aldi locations I prefer that are far less busy. The parking lot is always PACKED. I most often have to park far away and still it is a hassle to navigate leaving here, while others are hoping to get my parking spot. So while this is an excellent store, I will just visit other locations that are less popular.

I don't like how this Aldi's is set up backwards compared to mine. The restroom is straight ahead first aisle from the entrance to the back instead of being closer to the cash registers. There are a couple employees checking out and self check out. Definitely a nice new clean Aldi. Check it out while it is nice and new and smells new too! Right now they have Rose stems to plant for 8.49 and some flower bulbs. That's what caught my eye rather than the food. Just got a case of water for 3.29 which is the cheapest compared to other places.

I arrived around 2:20 p.m. and was let in by a worker at the front door, who told me they were closing shortly and suggested I head to the deli first if that was what I wanted. Once I walked in, however, a cashier yelled to me that they were closed. I was a little confused because I had just been let in by a worker who knew I was coming inside. From there, the experience felt a bit chaotic. There were quite a few people in the store, and I felt like the workers were very displeased by my presence. I honestly felt like I was a bother. I completely understand that I arrived close to closing, so I tried to be respectful of their time and rushed through the store to grab a few items. I had driven an hour to get there, so I wanted to at least make the most of the trip. When I went to check out, I initially got in one line, and the cashier was finishing up with the customer already there and directed me to another line, so I followed her instructions. I had a basket with my items and wasn't sure if I was supposed to empty it myself. There wasn't an obvious place to leave the empty basket, and the cashier never indicated that she would take it from me. I apologized and explained that it was my first time there. She told me that next time I should come during the week so I could browse more. As I was leaving, I noticed so many people trying to enter the store and being turned away because it was now past closing. That made me think Mazzaro's may want to reconsider its Saturday hours. They are clearly a very popular and well-known store, yet being open from only 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Saturdays and being closed on Sundays makes it difficult for people who work typical Monday-Friday, full-time hours to visit. I take responsibility for not checking the hours before making the drive, and I understand that the employees were probably ready to go home. However, I still think there is a difference between enforcing closing time and making a customer feel unwelcome. Unfortunately, I did not feel warmly greeted or welcomed during my visit, and it put a damper on the entire experience.

Produce was fresh, flowers were fresh. The customers can be a little overly-hurried, especially in the parking lot. I'm not telling you anything you dont know. I said coffee. It surprises me that there is not a whole lot of variety in sourcing and roast-styles. This Joe's has a small coffee section in the back left corner, around 40 options. Somehow the selection seemed rather sparse. Maybe they've been outdone by local roasters. Poor me, right? Well, I saw two dark roasts, and I grabbed 100% Trader-Joe's-brand arabica French roast whole beans. At home, they looked gorgeously shiny and the aroma was rich. They tasted quite good! Fresh and bold without excess acid or bitterness. Ok, Joe's, well-done. We headed for the wine corner, and were rewarded with tiny samples of a smooth whiskey and a fresh nut-mix, offered by a bold fellow with a short distinctively-curly mustache. We scanned the wines and got an inexpensive $5.50 Espiral Portuguese Vinho Verde, a very-light slightly-sparkling slightly-sweet white wine. Typically it's thought of as a summer wine to drink chilled for any non-serious pairing with non-serious food. We like it because, as long as it's not flat and not a noticeably sour brand, vinho verde is a nice year-round evening-blurry treat. And we got some mixed-flowers for a bright reminder of a pleasant shopping experience.

It gives U the right amount of room to stir it up each time. I'm telling U one taste and U will be hooked. A few months ago I ended up eating a couple of 16 ounce jars.. Along with one or two BIG boy jars. Unfortunately, I stopped eating it for a while.. Especially, since there are 200 calories in only 2 tablespoons.. I'm talking about HEAPING ones.. They also have cashew butter as well.. For a GREAT price too. Along with the Almond Butters prices.. I also bought some Nature's Charm sweetened condensed coconut milk... Which means it's dairy free Especially, since I'm lactose intolerant.. It tastes so good U could eat it by the spoonful. I bought it to mix it into brownie batter... Take three minutes and do the work to pull up the QR code on your phone, THEN SCREENSHOT the QR code. Even better, as you walk in, grab the return bag from the kiosk. As you wait in line, please put your items in the return bags. As you get up to the kiosk or return rep, please have your phone out and ready with the screenshot pictures of your QR code. This is not rocket science and is actually proper edict for all of us waiting in line... I DO NOT, REPEAT, DO NOT... need to WASTE a half hour of my life because you want to return half your closet back to Amazon. To all the wonderful women, I don't know what you do for work, can only assume you're all bartenders being that everyone of you have yoga pants and a hoodie on and open availability between 9 AM and 3 PM daily to just waste open ended amounts of time at the return center.
