I have my sandwich "lost" here often- I'm on my 6th free sub this year! I was advised to order online constantly- it's even worse. I give them about an hour before I go to the store and I still get to wait in line. "Somebody must have grabbed it" "I saw xxxx making it but he's gone now" "I'll make it when I'm done with this", they never started it Missed condiments, usually mayo or mustard Salt added to it when I didn't order it (SALT on a deli meat sub LOL) I eat here often, but I'm done. I would start by making sure if you're going to offer breakfast from 7 to 9 AM that it's available. And when it's not your deli worker girl behind the counter at 8:40 AM on September 22, 2025 was rude and highly unaccommodating. Very dismissive about the way the breakfast is served and if you miss the boat you missed the boat you should not offer breakfast from 7 to 9 if you're not going serve it. Terrible experience at this Publix today. When you go in for eight items and they don't have two of them, it's disappointing. I needed one jalapeño; they had bags and bags of jalapeños; in fact BOGO. But I couldn't buy one jalapeño cause they didn't have any n bulk. And I've always purchased Wet Ones hand wipes. They've always been near the endcap at all of the registers. I asked employee and although he couldn't find it on his inventory phone list, he sent me on a wild goose chase nonetheless. read more

It's your fave Winn Dixie shopper out at a Publix! What!? So I didn't come here for a full shopping trip. This was a run in, run out mission. But holy smokes what a PLEASURABLE one! I parked in the garage underneath the store. And then giddily took the escalator to the main floor. I mean this was just too much fun. The store was bright, shiny as a whistle (This is a saying correct? I think it is. Not that I know why a whistle would be particularly shiny, okay I'm starting to think I totally made this up..) and the aisles were clearly marked for social distancing practices. I enjoy how you can always find what you're looking for in Publix because each store follows generally the same foot print. The cashier was friendly, quick, and didn't force too much small talk. Great experience. I am only slightly bummed that I didn't have enough things to get a cart so that I could see the cart escalator in action. read more

I've been buying moldy garlic from this location for almost a year. I've pointed it out to the produce manager and to an employee working in produce, but it didn't make a difference. They still sell moldy garlic. Sometimes I have to throw away half a head of garlic because there is so much mold. I buy extra heads of garlic knowing that I will have to discard a portion of each head. I have been shopping at this Publix for years and the quality seems to be deteriorating. read more

I have been a loyal customer at Publix for years and unfortunate Alejandra and Ida have been the absolute worst and RUDEST store clerks I have ever seen. They don't smile or greet and I've noticed they don't treat the white customers the same. I have been over a dozen times and it's always the nastiest and rudest looks, when I try to ask questions about where to find a simple product. They look at me and treat me like dirt on the bottom of their shoe I've seen them treat another black woman the same but treat others with care. Alejandra pushed my cart over instead of just saying excuse me. So disappointed they let somebody like Ida train people like Alejandra so they can be just as rude, nasty, as she is. Why work in customer service if you have a tendency hate your customers. This Publix is to nice to have workers so appalling. read more

This is my favorite Publix to go to. Every person is so sweet and helpful. The lady (I can't remember her name) who makes the samples helps me basically plan my dinners! She gives me tips on how to cook the meal and has even went as far as showing me how to slice certain things. read more

Pretty good Publix market, but the fish department needs better QC. The deli is okay, but not up to the level of some of the sister stores in the area. Friendly staff, great produce, and above average organic selection for a Publix. I appreciate the covered parking on hot days. Self checkout is a nice feature for a small number of items. My main concern is that I have purchased "fresh" fish there on a number of occasions, and once I got it home it was really not fresh - almost to the point where it was unusable. It would be expected that the quality of the product is on par with the cost. read more

This location has a parking garage underneath it. This can provide shelter from the sun and rain. There is also an escalator and elevator, both of which are able to handle shopping carts. I think that was interesting to see. I also enjoy this location since it is close to my work and gym. As for the interior of the shop, it is kept pretty clean. They also give out free samples at two stations (at least when I go on the weekends), which is nice to try their meats and vegetable selection. The deli shop really can pack your sub with lots of ingredients. The customer service desk is right in front of you when you enter the supermarket, which adds ease of accessibility if you have any questions or concerns. The produce selection along with the variety of goods in general offer what I need. They offer more selection and choices than some nearby grocery stores (Winn Dixie). They also carry a selection of vegetarian/vegan choices (for cheese, tofu, veggie meats, etc) in the produce section if you are looking for it. Overall, a good place to do your grocery shopping. read more

They've got an escalator past that . . . eh. Their produce department, in particular, is frequently under stocked and out of the most basic things. I can't put my finger on it but there's something strange about the way it's laid out maybe the aisles are longer and fewer than normal or something. I just know I end up walking around a lot scratching my head looking for stuff when in other Publix stores I can go right to what I want. On the other hand Publix fried chicken is always awesome and the escalator is cool. It's also the only grocery store around here that has a parking garage so if it's raining you can stay totally dry. read more

The store is clean and nice looking but don't count on the deli department.. I've ordered stuff online to be ready at 5pm, show up at 5:10pm, and have it not ready until 5:30pm. Might as well forget it if you plan on ordering at the store unless you enjoy waiting a good 30-45 mins just to get someone to help you. The other Publix's in the area aren't near as bad, management seems to be too stingy to staff the right amount of people. read more

This is my favorite Publix in the area. As far as cleanliness goes, it seems just two steps ahead of all the others. This Publix has a parking garage underneath, so you will have to take an elevator or escalator to get upstairs. They have an excellent selection and they are always well stocked. The staff has always been friendly. A few highlights of some of my Publix Favs: 1. Subs - just as good here as every other Publix, however I have seen this staff go a little light on the chicken tenders. I love the buffalo chicken tender sub and they should not skimp on the chicken. It only happened once, if I recall correctly. 2. Sushi - I really like the salmon sushi, my fiancee likes the shrimp. We have been very lucky in that they are usually stocked with both (many other Publix's have limited selection later in the evening when i finally get around to grocery shop). 3. Canoli's - they have the good ones with chocolate chips in the edges (every time I have checked they have been there and I almost always buy them up). Overall, this Publix just seems a bit more sparkling than your average Publix. While it is almost equal distance to the Pasadena Publix, I definately prefer this location. read more

I go there because it's convenient and I can walk there but I may start shopping elsewhere. Rotisserie chicken I bought twice was so dry I threw it away. Bought frozen chicken breast that looked weird I so threw it out, ask the manager about avacodas he said he'll look in the back to see and never came back and just started looking at produce. I love publix. I always find what I want and more than I need. The store is laid out perfectly, you can call the deli and order cold cuts, subs and chicken. The meat department is well stocked and every employee you ask questions of always know the answer or will find out for you. The produce department has fresh products and is always neat. I love the fact that if it's rainy outside I can go in the parking garage and stay dry! The produce here is exceptional and always fresh and crisp! The staff has always been helpful and never sent my solo on a journey to an isle number they are guessing my item is located at. So that's always a plus for me in my book. Oh and there is this super cute guy that works there. Kinda short with suuuuuper curley short hair, he looks Latin. Im always too nervous to look at his name tag but always excited to have him ring me up. Super polite and always asks how your day is. read more

Nice clean Publix with a decent selection. I'm not crazy about the escalators, but space is tight in the shopping center. In the summer, the underground parking is a nice thing to use. My only wish is they would put all their Greenwise in one spot so you don't have to go through the whole store to find your items. I also like the location of the Customer Service Desk. It's right when you walk in the door and seems very accessible as opposed to the location in older stores. I haven't yet used the Pharmacy, but it seems like it would be very convenient to have if you need a Rx filled while you shop. read more

Dude! They have an escalator -- for people AND for grocery carts. We use the covered garage a lot too, particularly when the Florida rain comes in. There is not a better way to get your groceries than that way sometimes. Everyone from a manager helping us find ice cream, a young man and a girl with cheese at the deli, the baggers and all the cashiers, especially Bill.
