I do feel that some of them that work there don't care for their job and I always say if you don't like to work with the public, you might wanna find something else because customer service is a big thing when you work with the public and if you don't like people, I work with them. The most is when I go to check out there's only a few lines open with real people so I will go to self check out because I only have so many items, but you will sit there and stare at me while I'm doing it making me feel uncomfortable but yet when your machine acts up, I can't find anybody to help me because they're too busy talking to other employees are on their phone. You need to do better. Customer service should be taught. I understand that some customers get out of line and become aggressive and I don't agree with that, but I'm not one of those people. Staples foods and unique snacks. You can even purchase chickens, ducks and rabbits there. There are aisles of products you cannot find anywhere else and all for very reasonable prices. I specified the Georgetown location because I prefer it over the Winchester store. It seems cleaner, its lighting is brighter and I have never been in the Georgetown store and not had excellent customer service. As farm supply stores go I think this store is top notch.
