Talking with the salesman about this was a lost. He told me that I was 'stuck with it' and that the store was not going to change their mind. I see nothing acceptable about this and do not see why I have to be 'suck with' an item which does not meet my expectations nor can be used for the purpose intended. The owner, Dan Hodge, was great to work with. He gave great advice and corresponded with me by email to make sure the order was exactly what I wanted. It was great to talk to a real person rather than just ordering off a website and perhaps not getting what you want. I just received the engraved plate in the mail and it looks great. I live in CT and Dan's shop is in TN but I would not hesitate to order from him again.

I emailed back and forth with owners Robert and Angela to narrow down specifics, and they were helpful and prompt with each response. I received email reminders leading up to our move, and a phone call the morning of our move when the truck was 15 minutes out. Robert and Robert (or Rob and Bert!) arrived right on time and ready to work. They did a quick walk-thru of the space with us, where we identified which items were going where (we had to stop at a storage unit before the home we were moving into). After that, they packaged all of our items with care, and safely loaded everything onto the truck! It took around four hours to complete our move, and at around $800 total, it was well worth the price. The two Roberts were friendly, professional, and fast while still moving larger pieces carefully. We would definitely hire A&R Moving Solutions again, and highly recommend them to anyone in need of moving services in Greater Nashville.

So she had to get a manager supervisor to go back and get my change for me it took over 20 minutes meanwhile I had stuff in the car from Todd's that was from the freezer so that means the stuff is starting to unthaw in the car waiting to get my change. She was very rude cuz I caught her standing there talking to one of her employees with my change in her hand and she said she had to wait for the computer to come up who is she kidding I wasn't born yesterday he wasn't realizing she was talking to somebody was a manager for Kmart for over 16 years I think she needs to be retrained how to treat people she needs a training from the people that works at Smithville Walmart they are so nice and helpful I shouldn't have to go all the way to Smithville for groceries. And the way I see it if they know you they're not rude but if they don't know you they are rude that's the way I see it is something going to be done I doubt it this Walmart's always been rude not all the time but most of the time and there's never nobody to help you do anything or look for anything . Aiming the people that goes around and pick other people's food for them they work for Walmart but they sure don't act like it they act like you bother them which I guess I do cuz I'm trying to find something way I see it am I wasting my time by doing this I think so but I still had to let it all out. And another thing I think Walmart's getting too big for the britches somebody needs to put them down a peg or two especially this Walmart I have a whole lot more to say about this Walmart but I'm done have a nice day
