When you go back into the store to report it and to get your discounts you are told you have to return all the discounted items and repurchase them. This is just what everyone wants to do after already shopping. The very young manager shows no concern or compassion and only makes matters worse by telling his customers they have to 2redo their shopping in order to get the discounts.
