When you pay for a job, you expect it to be completed and for the company to stand behind their work. The owner came to my house and carefully inspected my yard as well as created a gorgeous design for the front of my house (turns out we both live in houses built in the 1800s so I wanted to keep the design modern and clean yet not take away from the beauty of the house). I contacted Bartlett Tree Service for the 1st time early afternoon, not expecting Service for at least 1-2 days earliest. I was greatly surprised to see 2 trucks outside my house only hours later with 3 men. Because my job was small compared to others and the huge branch covered my yard, walkway and part of the street, they stopped at my house between larger jobs. Within 20 minutes or so, these men had the branches completely removed and cleaned up so well that even neighbors were not aware that there had been an issue. The men were extremely proficient at their work and very friendly. They went above and beyond by also removing a pile of smaller branches that I had stacked up from previous storms. They were extremely reasonably priced, especially since there were so many homes that had trees go thru the roofs, etc., they could have made a killing by charging whatever they wanted but they did not take advantage of the situation. On the day of tree cutting, a six-man crew came to my yard and the entire cutting and trimming job is done in 3.5 hours, very productive, professional and safety work! Even though it took me 4 business days to take him up on his quote, he was a pleasure to schedule with, and fit me in within 48 hours of me contacting him. On the morning of the tree trimming, his team showed up promptly at 7:30am, and got to work on what I thought would be an all day affair. They were done by noon, with no mishaps, no issues, no fallen tree limbs, and seemingly no hassle. At my request, they chopped up the larger portions of the tree limbs (precariously overhanging my garage), and stacked them up for firewood use later in the year! They ground up everything else, cleaned up the little debris they had made, and wrapped up with so little hassle you'd think their job was easy- and it definitely is NOT!
