The price charged for the project was extremely reasonable as well. Richard and his wife came a few minutes early to our appointment, which I really appreciated. I will definitely be using their services again in the future!

Beyond the scheduling issues, the quality of the cleaning itself suffered. It felt like I was being…read moresqueezed into a rushed rotation rather than getting the thorough service I was paying for. Hair and dust were left on the stairs after the crew had already left. When I opened the blinds in my newborn's nursery, dust came off them visibly, which is not something I expect from a "deep clean." When I raised these concerns directly with the owner, I did not get an acknowledgment of the problem or any real accountability. Instead, I was told a deep clean was already what I'd received. That response, more than the missed appointments, is why I won't be using this company again. If you're considering hiring them, I'd think carefully about whether you can rely on consistent scheduling and thorough, careful work -- in my experience, both were lacking.

The price quoted included the roof, sidewalk and walkway up to our house. They even cleaned our front door! We set up a day for them to come out which happened to coincide with a neighbor down the street who was also getting pressure cleaning done by them. All we had to do to prepare was to clear off our patio and porch. They took care of covering any plants near the roof line. We were concerned about a gardenia tree that we tried to cover ourselves but didn't have enough covering so we asked that they make sure that tree was protected. They did a great job with the landscaping... there were no casualties. The roof, sidewalk, walkway and our front door were very clean! Our front door looked like it had a fresh coat of paint! The nice thing is that you don't have to prepay them. We waited until we got home from work to make sure that we were happy with the work that was done. They accept Cash, Check, Zelle, Cash App & Venmo. They also accept Credit Cards but they charge a transaction fee. We will definitely be using them again!
