I see it had not been serviced for over 6 months even though the previous owners had an ongoing contract. During the big March '26 storm of course it failed to work. I had to call another repair service to get it working. I called Knight again recently 2x no call back. Lame company who had their stickers all over the generator and in the basement. No more stickers here now. They only want BIG money for new installs.What a horrible company with a nasty woman/girl who answers the phone.
