The last three months they have brought me through a service NIGHTMARE. They sold me a mirror + shipping online and after the fact sold it to someone else in store instead. They then proceeded to lie about it until I finally got them to agree to order me a new mirror and take ownership for their mistake. Nine weeks later and I followed up on the order only for them to refund my money with no explanation as to what went wrong and again, they have flagged my calls and ignored all my emails. Then, while taking a picture of my elderly mother on a public sidewalk, the owner continued to stare us down like we were filth under his shoe. Must have been our brown skin. Sorry our Filipino heritage is too much of a nuisance for you. Word of advice to these entitled store owners: Don't block a public pathway with your tacky furniture and then have the audacity to treat out-of-town visitors in such a hateful and demeaning way. They also have a ton of recommendations for people who will install the tile , backsplash, and hard wood, so you can find someone who will fit your needs regarding installation.
