I was quoted for 2 movers for a total of 8 hours for our 10x20 storage unit and 26 foot moving truck. While booking, I asked about their refund policy if we didn't use the entire 8 hours, the person I spoke with shared that they didn't have a specific return policy in place and that she would have to check on how they would go about that, but assured me we would probably take up the entire 8 hours. Our movers arrived promptly on the day of our move and did a wonderful job from start to finish. The move was seamless and quick. So quick, they finished 2 hours earlier that expected. When I asked the movers how I go about getting a refund for the 2 hours we didn't use - they said to call the office and it would be taken care of that day. Needless to say that didn't happen. Everything about this company and our move was professional and seamless and I'd probably use them again - but their refund process needs work. I waited almost 2 weeks for a refund for the hours we didn't use, and needed to follow up multiple times to assure that it was being taken care of. Good company, nice people - but this piece needs work.

They also stacked heavy items on a futon sofa that I specifically said needed to be stacked vertically as to save space and avoid placing heavy items on it. Also, they shoved items into my bike that may have sustained damages but because I can't even get to my bike at this time because of their poor stacking of boxes, I can't really tell. I was going to use them for moving out of the storage unit and into a long term rental when I find one, but am looking elsewhere for help. I've used movers many times in my life, and this company was the worst by far.
