My trash was picked up on Thanksgiving, 11/26/20, this year, as Thursday is my regular day…read more However, the recycle truck never came. I couldn't call on Friday because they were closed again! I left my tubs out on the right-of-way because they're heavy and I have a long way to carry them. The next Thursday, 12/3, they were not emptied AGAIN, although the trash was picked up. I didn't walk outside to collect my tubs until 4 pm, and then called Bandon Disposal to report it. The girl on the phone said she did not know why the driver didn't collect my recycle tubs. No offer to follow up and get back to me. I left the tubs where they were on the street because it's 90 steps out there and I am a partially disabled senior. I wrote a letter to the Operations Manager, and didn't receive any reply. Unbelievable. Today, Thursday, 12/10, still no truck has emptied my tubs as of 11:45 am. I called Customer Service, and the girl on the phone said she would contact dispatch and call me back, which she did. She said she would call me back at 1:30 to make sure my recycle tubs had been emptied. All the cardboard and paper are sopping wet because it's raining out. It was dry this morning. It's just a shame that they have no competition. That's what this company needs because they don't care about their customers. If they weren't 10 miles away, I would drive to their dump site at Beaver Hill rather than pay tge company $16 a month to collect it.

I was around milepost 232 when I was in the right lane of the passing zone. I was driving 60 mph when a Koos Logging Truck passed me going at least 70 mph and when he had passed, he threw rain into my windshield causing me to stop almost Fully just to clear all the rain from my windshield. He kept speeding and it wasn't until the North Bend Welcome Sign did he finally slow down. He was the driver in the Red cab pulling into Menasha at 11:15am. I got home and looked up the number listed above and called and asked for the owner. The owner said, he'd talk to the driver, it could cost the company in the long run; if an accident does happen.
