Despite having legitimate prescriptions from my oncologist, I've had to fight tooth and nail just to get my pain medication filled. The process has been humiliating and exhausting. I've been made to feel like a criminal or drug seeker, rather than a patient in desperate need of relief. No one should have to advocate this hard for basic, compassionate care--especially while battling a terminal illness. I sincerely hope Walgreens reviews its training and policies around pain management and patient dignity. People with serious illnesses deserve better.

I mentioned it to the lady who stated "it's covering up a hole". I told her that you can't see it because it's dark and she didn't seem to care.
