Jennifer and Joe were always helpful, courteous, and quick to answer our questions. There was an issue that we found out about a few days before closing. It turned out that Mortgage Concierge bought points in order to secure the rate. By that time, we were basically backed into a corner because it was too late to apply for a mortgage somewhere else. They called and said that they will refund us the amount since it was their mistake and that the check will be sent out 15 days after closing. They ended up taking longer than 15 days and we kept calling them but never received a response. In the end, Kyle got in touch with us and refunded us the amount. He explained that they were closed for weeks due to the holiday season and ended up wiring us the money so it was faster. Overall I'm really satisfied with them and would definitely go through them again

The ability to do both commercial and residential was helpful as Ive found a lot of lenders don't do both (or a a minimum you deal with totally different people for each) - especially larger banks. My loan in 2010/2011 was especially difficult as I had recently started my own business and there was an IRS issue where a tax credit I had received was holding up all sorts of stuff. Kyle helped me get through it and closed - a few other lenders had said it was impossible.

    We have been paying on our Huntington Mortgage for over a decade now. We paid the August 2025…read morepayment on line like we always do on 28 July 2025. The payment was not applied to the Mortgage payment, it was applied to the principal instead. Huntington sent a notice on 19 August 2025 that we had not made our August payment. After hours of being sent around in circles and being told inaccurate information we were told that the payment was applied to the principal balance because we paid 4 days early. We were promised the payment would be applied correctly on 20 August 2025. We were then told on 22 August 2025 it would be corrected on 25 August 2025. Today is 26 August 2025 and the payment has not been corrected. We were told we needed to make a second payment for August and we are only days away from our September payment being due. Our online account access to pay our mortgage has been locked so now we must pay at the bank in person. The branch office does not have access to the mortgage account and will only accept an August and September payment at the same time. This is an error created and unresolved by Huntington National Bank. During the last five days we have been redirected to frivolous departments, lied to, and intentionally given incorrect information and promises of resolution to this issue with no action being taken by Huntington to rectify this issue. Hunting is not accepting responsibility for their error and instead of cooperating to resolve their error are demanding an extra payment and further delaying the correction of their error.

So many issues with Huntington AS A WHOLE...INITIALLY, in 2015,…read morewhen I purchased my first home, Huntington was NOT my choice, but due to inefficient professionalism with the realtor, Huntington was next in line for possible home loan. I received an excellent fixed APR...fast forward to 2016-ish and I was out of work for a few months, depending on my (then) husband to pay (not all, but most of) bills/mortgage and we fell behind on the mortgage by I think 8 or 9 months. Foreclosure process began - and I was doing everything I could think of to correct this wrong...I discovered the Home Savers Program with Huntington and that saved my home. However, over the years, my monthly payment has yo-yo'd all over the place, starting less than $500 in the beginning, all the way to just under $700, then with the Home Savers it went back down to $447 for almost 2 or 3 years, and now, it is back up over $525/month...and I am on a fixed income as a disabled Navy vet, divorced, and though making this payment is not really an issue at this point, any time I have a question regarding ANYTHING about my mortgage, getting transferred to the correct department THE FIRST TIME SEEMS TO BE THE IMPOSSIBLE DREAM................customer service reps are limited on their information and I seem to get the one that THAT DAY THAT I CALL IN WITH A QUESTION IS THEIR FIRST TIME ANSWERING THE PHONE. I am currently in the process of trying to get one question answered regarding some misinformation that is listed on my online account and the "Sales" history of my home.........and I have been trying for over a week now to get someone on the phone who can answer why this WRONG SALE AMOUNT/DATE OF SUPPOSED SALE is even listed...................one girl told me the other day when I called in about this that the information I was referring to wasn't "real...kinda like your credit score, you know, it's different depending on who is doing the numbers..." WHAAAAAAAAAA???? what is she talking about??!!??@?

    An experience I wish I could give a zero for, negative stars would be better. This company has no…read moreclue what they are doing, how to treat customers, communicate, effectively handle customer concerns, not to mention any follow through or standards that they are supposed to live up to. How they are still in business is beyond my comprehension. We had 2 different lenders because one moved and they weren't smart enough to realize they couldn't continue to work in the state we were in so we got switched to another person. The two lenders didn't communicate to each other nor communicate with us almost screwing us over to not be able to get our house. Communication was horrible. Wouldn't answer for weeks on end. We had no "transition" to a new lender we just got an email one day from a random person with no explanation. Had to constantly follow up. They get paid thousands of dollars from our loan and treated us like we were #2587945 Our final documents were wrong, never confirm our wire transfers of over $70,000 and since haven't confirmed and followed up that they paid off our cars. Not to mentioned charged us for a power of attorney we didn't end up using and told them we were using, because they have zero attention to detail. Customer service team got a little done but nothing changed. Always needing a document again, wrong things, needing more, zero concept that I don't do mortgages everyday so I have no idea what they are talking about half the time and why I seek out a professional in the industry to have the knowledge and insight that i do not. Please go somewhere else. Save yourself the sleepless nights. I had so many not sure we were going to have everything in time. Luckily they got us approved and ready the day before our closing. Mind you we worked with them for 6 months!

    So my husband calls me at work and says this mortgage company wants our passwords for our emails…read more Wtf! Why would this scam of a mortgage company want to see my email correspondence. Also wants our social security numbers? What kind of scam company is this?!! They have two stars on Google reviews, that tells you something about this company. Fraud!
