This is my go-to PNC in the city. The tellers are nice and they acknowledge you as soon as you walk through the doors. I've had some good conversations with some of them too. I love that it's one big open room with lots of natural light. It's very calming. read more

I have had nothing but problems with this branch!! Associate, that when I called, did not know the answer to my question and put the phone down, not on hold, and never came back! I heard his entire conversations with customers and other associates. I hung up after 20 minutes and called back. We attempted to get a notary for a death certificate and were surprised when we were told that they don't regularly have one there! I ordered checks for my moms deceased trust account... when they didn't come, I called and they never ordered them. Consequently, I had to pay late fees in several of her bills! Called to cancel her credit card, and was told they wouldn't cancel without a death certificate. Supposedly all accounts were already closed. I learned this after 30 minutes on the phone. We will be pulling all of our accounts from PNC. This is the poorest customer service ever. I would not recommend to anyone. They should be closed down. read more
