Next, even though they had all the required documentation to provide delivery of my needed and requested supplies they insisted they didn't. They kept insisting I follow up with my doctor who had sent it multiple times. After a month of this ineptness they finally found the documentation but still needed over a week to process it through their billing dept. I ended up having to buy the supplies online and pay out of pocket for them even though they are 100% covered by medicare. Avoid if you can!

I found a helpful video produced by Solano Mobility. At the end of the video, the host said to give them a call, so I called. My location was a bit out of their area of coverage, but the gentleman I spoke was clearly knowledgeable and gave me his time and advice on my stairlift issue. He explained the exact bolt, location, and wrench size I needed to address my issue. He even offered me to call him back when I was at the location should I need further advice!!! I may be able to resolve it myself. Solano Mobility has an authentic concern for helping others. That is a great metric for judging the value system of the company.
