Wow. I'm downright shocked to be the first to write a review of this place. Talk about underrated…read more This is hands down the best pharmacy I've ever known. Last week I had a Lyme's scare and the Dr scripted me with Doxycycline but the Pharmacist at Woodstock Apothecary knew it would cost me hundreds without insurance, so she called up the Dr and had him change the script to a MUCH less expensive generic brand. I paid $20. Don't even get me started on Liz. Ok, I'll start. Liz Malgieri, their Natural Products Director, is unparalleled in her knowledge of supplements and vitamins and has a zero tolerance policy for products that don't maintain the absolute highest standards from everything the potency of the product to the cleanliness of the manufacturer's facilities. Everyone remembers your name and is so friendly. I always walk out having learned something new and feeling 100% secured in my purchases. I love this place so much. I'll be sad when I move somewhere too far away from them since I'm fairly certain no other pharmacy in the world is as ACE as these guys! -Johnny M

They have a vast assortment of holistic products, supplements, homeopathic, and Wellness Rx Products that are compounded in house. They also have a large line of cbd products, one is made with elderberry to improve the taste. They even make their own sunscreen and will custom make products. It's was so nice to be able to go into the pharmacy and discuss my health concerns with Ed, the pharmacist, and get recommendations for holistic products to improve my health status. Ed spent time with me discussing my concerns and gave me recommendations and I really like the products I purchased. I'm so glad I found this place. I actually came to the establishment for a healing session with Greg Madden as his practice is located in an office above the pharmacy. He was fantastic! The Biontology sessions were incredible. I can't wait to get a Tui-Na massage next. I highly recommend Greg and the pharmacy! It was a double win for me. Trust me you won't be disappointed.

Ed Ullmann, the pharmacist, spoke to us as people -- he walked around the counter to be face to face, rather than stay behind the counter -- and was tremendously helpful. The Rx wasn't in the Phoenicia pharmacy, and I asked to pick it up in the Tannersville pharmacy; it was done seamlessly. Up in Tannersville I was helped by the pharmacist (Jennifer B, I believe), who was as helpful and kind as I needed. This is the way health care should work. Not a corporate profit point, but a place to get help from a human being who is caring and kind. I'm a believer, and I HIGHLY recommend Well ess Rx.
