I had called several other places and none of them were as practical as these guys. As soon as the two electricians came by, they got to work by taking the fan up into the attic, finding a good enough power source to create an additional line, and were finished within an hour or so. They were all business, in and out, very efficient. Not very personable, but they did communicate their efforts without running into any difficulties. Definitely Experienced electricians. I would surely recommend this business if you need something installed --and don't want to go through the business of wasting a morning talking to someone else, who will charge you more. By the end of the day I understood he got all of these five start reviews because he is extremely detail-oriented, works cleanly, is prepared and, okay, because he's personable and smart. He was with Chris today and Chris was all over it, too. They laid out protective paper on just about every surface they touched and kept dust to a minimum with careful vacuum coordination. This job for us today needed someone who could really pay attention to the details of spacing and leveling and being appropriately mindful of about 4K worth of semi-delicate fixtures. It was really done flawlessly and, not for nothin', we are kinda whiny perfectionists.

Summary: If your job is TOO Small, Sun Bright will not take the job and just Ghost you. I've tried multiple times to reach out (via text msg and mobile call), and have ZERO response. It has been 3+ weeks and since then I have gotten another electrician to do the job, realizing it only costed $360 from another professional. Be warned, Sun Bright is a legit and qualified company (based on their on site knowledge), but unless you're providing them with LARGE & Costly projects, you'll just end up getting Ghosted. Recommendation: Look elsewhere or go local, at least you'll know the job will get done by someone that'll respond.

Jorge knows what he's doing, you can tell he has a fundamental understanding of the trade and just knows how things work and can easily explain what he needs to do. I know that sounds like a basic thing you'd expect from any electrician, but this is just not the case and you can quickly tell that Jorge's knowledge is well above others. After fixing the existing issues from the previous electrician, I had Jorge upgrade my main panel to 200 amps. Another great job by Jorge, he did such a good job that the LADWP electricians that came out to connect the power to the pole said "the electrician did a great job and made our jobs easier". That's not an easy compliment to get, just speaks to Jorge's skill level. He is very trustworthy and I would recommend him to anyone. Every time I called Jorge after the project was done, he answered or called me back in a reasonable amount of time, he supports his customers after the project as well.

Tough choice... good thing with Edwin you don't have to choose, he's all of it. Last month he installed three outdoor cameras for me -- I'm totally behind the times and not good with tech matters -- and I loved it so much, I asked him to install two more. He was very kind through the set-up and helped get everything perfect. Now I'm super thrilled to see all the things I used to not see on our property, and it helps us to feel more safe and secure. Chris was awesome!!!…read more The outlet for our dishwasher and garbage disposal was acting up. The garbage disposal would turn on without the switch ever being flipped. The dishwasher refused to run right. My wife and I replaced the outlet, and that did exactly NOTHING. We try to troubleshoot what's happening, and I manage to blow the whole house breaker. I can't solve the small problem, and now I can't get the power on to the house! Wonderful! So, we go a night without power. Eat by candlelight and play games together on our phones rather than watch TV. The next morning, Chris answers the phone right away. Another 20 minutes and $140, and we are launched, happily back into the 21st Century. I asked for an explanation, and after laying the issue out 3 times, I think I get it. There's a tab on the outlet that must be broken off before it's installed in a situation like ours. Because we didn't, it overloaded the system and blew the breaker. Our specific main breaker switch is so sticky or unused that it took a surprisingly manly amount of force to get it to move, and as a dude who's broken a couple dozen things by torquing on 'em too hard, I'd been hesitant to apply the force required to actually flip the switch. Thank you, Chris, for your quick, cheerful, capable response. It's nice to have things working again the way they should.

They found some wire underground that they decided to tap into for the job and proceeded to run conduit along my wood fence (it was supposed to be along the house and NOT from underground) which was not what we had discussed as the plan for that job. I voiced my concern about how it was done and they came back out and did the job as it was originally planned to do. The whole time the job was being worked on, my windows were open and I could hear the apprentice complaining about having to dig and how the dirt was hard (I get manual labor isn't for everyone, be professional at least) but they "corrected" the work and that was the last I called on them. Fast forward a few years and we have more work being done in our yard only to discover the wire they ran underground to one of the outlets not only was bare once it was in soil (I was under the impression it was run with conduit underground), but also only buried about 4-5" deep in most places. Although Joe has always been nice when he has been here doing work, his staff comes off lazy and incompetent and the work they completed was a HUGE safety hazard we were unaware of. I don't think I'd ever hire these guys again.
