I called Sebas Electrical for an estimate; they were my last call of the 3 estimates that I received. They were the lowest and bestest!! Let me explain, this company is very responsive and at the ready to assist in the completion of your project. I had an estimate the same afternoon of the morning I called. They were confident that they could complete the job in one day; I thought " yeah right!" Well they were Wrong! Ha! They completed the job in mere hours. It was no easy task! They installed a 220v outlet in the kitchen for a new Induction oven and ran 75 feet of wire through the attic to the garage then to the outside electrical box; where they also installed a dedicated 50amp breaker that now provides power to the beast! The oven was purchased from Lowes and Arrow Appliance professionally installed it. We ran the beast through all the power settings to see if a circuit would "trip" while also charging an EV in the garage (also connected to a dedicated 50amp breaker in the same box) at the same time. Nothing "tripped" and no smoke or sparks emanated from the outside electrical box! Their work passed all my tests! I will not hesitate to call on them for ALL my future electrical projects. Do yourself a favor and call them too; you will not be disappointed. read more

Absolutely amazing! I read all the Yelp reviews and gave Marvin a call. He came over and I had a long laundry list of things I wanted. I thought for sure I was going to have cut some items but his prices were very reasonable that I ended up adding just a few more items. His crew was OUTSTANDING!! Polite, courteous and are very thorough. They asked us every step of the way before they punctured holes. The pictures don't do it justice. Marvin of course is wonderful. All the crew are long time workers with him and they all know exactly what to do. They replaced existing recessed lighting, added recessed lighting to bedrooms, added ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room, added recess lighting to living room, chandeliers, pendant lights, added speakers to the living room ceiling and the list just goes on! Absolutely phenomenal service and price. All our neighbors are jealous! read more

They are flexible, very reasonable when I didn't have everything I needed right away, reliable and their prices are competitive. The price I paid wasn't the cheapest or highest among the bids that came in, they were right in the middle. Chandelier hanging job: I had them hung 4 chandeliers. The first one took a bit of time since it was 70lbs and they had to install something that handled up to 120lbs and it had lots of crystals which they hung carefully one by one, they even wore gloves to make sure they didn't get their finger prints on it. They postponed hanging the 3 chandeliers the next day. Everything went well. Electrical panel upgrade and TWO Ev charger (Tesla & NEMA) installations in my garage: They installed a 240v 50amps Tesla charger and a 240 v 40amps NEMA charger in my garage. To do this they upgraded my 20yo electrical panels from 100 to 200amps. My Tesla charger I ordered didn't come in time so they came back a week later to install the chargers. They are very flexible and reasonably priced. A breeze to work with. read more

Recently, one of our 75' Eucalyptus trees, toppled over. It was initially very upsetting. We soon learned that we also needed to cut down our other 3 Eucalyptus trees, as they presented a danger that they also might topple over, discovering later that they all had been infested with termites. This initial disaster led to an opportunity... the area where the first Eucalyptus tree had fallen was previously inaccessible, as the tree blocked access to the area. Once the tree fell, we decided to convert what was previously an area used for planting into a new patio, where we could relocate our outdoor dining table. After rebuilding the fence brought down by our fallen tree, we began to level out the ground, and later installed stairs and pavers.... At this point, we decided to furnish the area with lighting, for our outdoor evening dining. I contacted several electrical companies, all which had excellent referrals on Yelp. Marvin, of Sebas Electric, showed up, we discussed what I was looking for, and within a few days I received a proposal which was below estimates previously received from other companies. I choose to proceed with Sebas Electric, who had provided several excellent suggestions. His men showed up promptly, performed the work on schedule, and, when a couple of minor problems reared up, Marvin and his team addressed them promptly! All work was done on time, within our agreed upon budget, and Marvin was even good enough to take care of minor electrical issues which predated our original meeting. I am posting a photo of our new patio, with uplights, bistro lighting and LED stair lighting, which all come together to provide a stunning appearance at night! The patio in the photo is not quite finished, but the lighting is complete, and the photo gives you a good idea of how the patio will look once it is done! I cannot recommend Marvin and Sebas Electric highly enough! Reasonable pricing, excellent workmanship and all work completed in a timely fashion. Don't hesitate to reach out to Marvin and give him an opportunity to win your business! I don't think you'll be disappointed! read more

I needed a Tesla charger installed so I used Yelp to get some quotes. Marvin showed up on time, listened to how I wanted do the install and gave me a price that worked. The other electricians wanted to run conduit along the wall but I wanted to pay to have it trenched off the main panel all the way to the garage. Kevin and the team showed up a couple days later and got to work. They were there everyday at 7:45am and ready to start at 8am. The work was solid so we decided to have Marvin upgrade our main panel to 200amp and also install a 100amp sub panel on the garage. We were very happy with the work so we decided to continue with a full house and garage rewire. It took about 6 full working days to rewire the house, we did recessed lights throughout along with new interior and exterior outlets. Overall we spent about $22K which is a lot, but we wanted to work done eventually, we just hadn't found the right company. I recommend Sebas Electrical to anyone who appreciates quality work with a punctual team. read more

I contacted Sebas Electrical based on the amount of positive reviews on yelp. I first got 3 quotes from other electricians, one gave me a quote online, the other came and started criticize previous work and try to up-sell me on irrelevant things. Marvin was the only one that came on time, in person and gave me a quote on the spot. On the day of the installation, Marvin's team arrived early and completed the project earlier that previously estimated. The craftsmanship was impressive, and couldn't find anything wrong with their work. They installed a 100amp sub panel routed through the house into the attached garage that is 50 feet away. They also installed a 240v, 30amp breaker with nema outlet with little extra charge. Would recommend their services to anyone that needs electrical services in their home. Amazing work, thanks Marvin! read more

I recently contracted Sebas Electrical for a wiring and installation of floodlights job and was very please with the overall experience. First of all, they were the first ones to respond within 10 minutes of my Yelp search and after getting quotes from 5 other electricians they were the most competitive. They were available within 3 days of the request and were on time for the scheduled work. 2 workers arrived to complete the job. Thank you for fixing the issue by sending the receipt: Marvin said he guaranteed his work. Once he got paid, he never sent a receipt. no warranty. now he doesn't want to provide it. Get it in writing first. Should have waited for other quotes. I'm getting quotes for 1/2 his price. He is way over priced and doesn't provide a warranty. how do you trust someone that doesn't stand by his word? read more
