He was very friendly in answering all of my questions and addressing my concerns while offering his own suggestions to how and where the install would take place. It's really great to be able to work with a professional who is patient and attentive while they have to explain the process of what they are doing for the job. Other businesses can sometimes give the impression that they don't like to be bothered with having to explain everything they are doing and why.
