I was recently looking to buy a vinyl player and did my online research, which left me more confused than anything. Hence I went to the store and sought the advise of one of their sales reps. I ended up being advised by Mr. Kraft, who did an amazing job. First of all he tried to understand my situation and what I would use the player for / how often and how much I was willing to spend. He then showed me a number of players with a clear recommendation for one of the cheaper models as they would perfectly fit my needs. I thought about it for a few minutes and agreed to purchase that particular model. Mr Kraft hence referred me to their in-house bar where we were given a glass of champagne while Mr Kraft went to the warehouse to get the player. He then proceeded to assemble it with me, explaining each step and piece in detail, and then plugged it into a stereo system to show me the sound and how to properly operate it. This all took over an hour during which I had his undivided attention, and he never rushed me or seemed put off by my novice behavior. Now comes the kicker: he asked how I was transporting the player home. After hearing that I planned on taking the tram he insisted on paying for a taxi for me so I could get home comfortably and without risk for the player! All in all this was one of the best shopping experiences I had (ever?). And I actually bought one of their cheapest players but was not met with arrogance or anything. Der Service war prima und schnell und ich konnte sogar einen kleinen Nachlass aushandeln. Einem guten Freund haben die Profis bei der Reparatur seines 30 Jahre alten Plattenspielers geholfen. Eine solche Bandbreite von Service und Auswahl bietet meines Erachtens in Frankfurt sonst kaum jemand.

Ich wurde zwar nur mittelmäßig beraten, aber erstmal schien noch alles ok zu sein. Nachdem ich mich für eine Maschine entschieden habe und diese auch geliefert und installiert wurde, habe ich erst zu spät bemerkt, dass es sich gar nicht um einen Waschtrockner handelt, sondern um eine normale Waschmaschine (hatte aufgrund des heißen Wetters noch gar nicht nach der Trockner-Funktion gesucht) Als ich es nun bemerkt habe, wurde mir nur im Geschäft gesagt, dass es jetzt zu spät sei und man nichts mehr machen könne (nur innerhalb der ersten Woche nach Lieferung). Nie wieder dahin, das näschste kaufe ich wieder Online und woanders!
