These days my mother only goes for B12 injections and sadly we have not had a good experience. Each time we go, we are informed that the nurse only has 1 or 2 or x patients ahead of her. We wait for an hour, and get the ''same exact number of patients ahead of her response. We end up leaving. Yesterday when my mother went up to reception to ask about status after waiting an hour she was told to sit down. Very disrespectful. A B12 injection takes a minute. The doctors at the clinic are great. The admin and front line staff are not. For these reasons I give the clinic a poor review.

I stood in an outside line from 7:30-8:30 and although I was fourth in line, I was shown into a room at 8:30 and seen right away with Dr. G. A nurse came an hour later. ( I waited in my car and the receptionist called me right away when the nurse was there.) She flushed out my ear, no problem, and was very nice and professional. I would go there again.

The short summary is that he probably was a good doctor once upon a time but his not consistent…read moreprofessionalism, long wait times and occasionally missing important factors in diagnosis detract from him as a health care provider. He has missed critical diagnosis factors that even a layman can sense. Which can lead to greater maladies than required. He doesn't seem to consistently keep track of medications and possible interactions that seniors are on. He also can be grouchy and has the bedside manner that's more like that of someone who woke up on the wrong side of the bed. I'd give him a lower review but for other neighbors and relatives he seems to please them. He also has in years past had moments of being helpful or seemingly caring. So that has to be factored in somewhere somehow right? He seems to pride himself as a surgeon or somebody with more training and offerings than a typical generalist but at seems to miss simple things such as your script. I won't comment about the wait times because those have been discussed elsewhere in quantity and detail. I don't know what goes on in his mind but he doesn't seem to be really enjoying what he does, where he's at or a lot of the patients that he sees.

I caught a really bad stomach virus and I came here a couple of days after I went to a hospital…read morewhere they told me I should be fine but I had my doubts so I came here for a second opinion and Thank God I did. Dr. Rofail handled me with such care and after I told her my symptoms she got right to work to make sure I had nothing severe (did blood tests, urine tests and an ultrasound that very day). Although it wasn't severe something wrong was found in all of those tests (the hospital unsurprisingly missed all of this) and I was put on the proper medication and promptly booked for follow up tests/appointments. I went to the clinic multiple times after that and Dr. Rofail followed up with me until she knew I was fine. Very caring clinic with experience professionals and friendly staff.

This is by far the worst doctor and walk in. If I could give no stars, I would. I don't know where…read moreDr. Rofail got her licenses to practice, but it's a joke. My sister was diagnosed with three (!!!) herniated discs in 2021. MRI was done to confirm how bad it was.. and still, Rofail did nothing about it. She prescribed her pain meds and sent my sister on her way. Basically kept charging her the $20 for a doctors note (weekly) so my sister could give it to her employer. My sister couldn't walk. She was bed bound for nine months!!! Rofail didn't consider sending her to a neurosurgeon or anything. When my sister asked for a referral, she was immediately shut down and was made to feel crazy. There is zero empathy coming from her. What she says goes. Doesn't listen. Has NO compassion whatever. Fast forward to 2023 (today), my sister got another MRI done and was FAST TRACKED into getting surgery to fix the three discs (which has been at the same stage since Dr. Rofail has seen her - hasn't worsened, hasn't gotten better). If only Dr. Rofail stopped to LISTEN to my sister, she would have been "fixed" in 2021 and wouldn't have had to miss out on life. When the neurosurgeon saw us, he immediately asked "wtf is wrong with your doctor for not sending you to me earlier?" Hey, Dr. Rofail, that right there should make you want to change how you deal with your patients. Believe the person who comes in to see you. You got into a profession that was suppose to care about people, help them, get them back to feeling like themselves again... but you just made my sister feel worse about herself and her problems. If you care about yourself and your health, avoid this place at all costs.
