I had a medical issue 3 months back that began with a visit to the medical centre which was actually my first visit. The medical issue turned out to be an emergency and Dr. El-Batnigi and staff were very comforting and providing me with the professional care I needed before heading to the hospital. Since that visit I have been back a few more times for a check up and to refill my prescriptions at the very efficient well run on site pharmacy. In addition to the on site pharmacy they also have an on site lab to get your blood tests done. It is a very clean and organized well run clinic and family practice. If you reside in the Vaughan area and looking for a great convenient walk in clinic or looking for a new family Doctor I would definitely recommend paying a visit.

This is a hidden gem that recently opened…read more Not only is this place open on Sundays (!!) it's also open late at night for those of us who can't get off work during the day to go to the doctors. It makes so much sense I'm really surprised more places don't do it. The doctor here is amazing and the services they offer are really above board. They do a lot of things that the other walk-in clinics in the area do NOT do, like on-site blood testing. I walked in on a Sunday after cutting my hand to hell washing a glass that broke, to see if I should go to ER to get stitches or if I was ok. The doctor fixed me right up, cleaned up the wound, bandaged it all, and had a tetanus shot all ready to go. I was in and out in 10 minutes. The only downside to this place is the parking is in the rear and it's easy to miss the entrance to the parking. Just look it up on Maps before you go and you'll see you can just wrap around the back and there's a ton of parking. My wife took on the doctor here as her full time doctor and is over the moon with him so far. Great place.

For my birthday I thought, what a nice treat!.... Or not..... For the very first time, i gathered the courage to go- I was nervous about it and decided that going with a family physician would be a safe bet! You know a doctor what could go wrong???? It all seemed and sounded very legitimate. After having my 'consultation' and procedure which seemed like it went alright before taking. Look in the mirror!.., except the fact that shortly after, my right side and left side of my lips were very noticeably OFF and not even, dr khan tried to reassure me that they are simply swollen and that it would even out... Ok fair enough I said. When I was leaving, the receptionist requested that I now pay, in CASH only! (Surprise!!) what cash I said I dont have that much on me! $500++ I can pay credit I said.... You ha e a machine... So why not? No no no, they accept cash! only! .... After some negotiating and explaining to them that I certainly don't have that much with me, we agreed to a check- a personal one mind you... To dr.khan, directly..... Huh weird.... Long story short, after some hassling and finally accepting my payment, a few weeks inn, I made 2 visits to the Drs office so see why my lips a still bumpy and not even!!!, again he reassured the swelling and in a very dismissive tone told me, that he would massage them to even out etc... None of that was true! And a month later, the swollen/lumpy spots, started to swell more, and eventually LEAKED out! Yup leaked out! It's been about 2 months now... You can't even see what I've had done! (Which was supposed to last Me me 6months!!! It's been a very disappointing nightmare and a complete waste of money! I should have known by his dismissive attitude from my previous experiences, when I once showed up with bronchitis and a few other times with the flue! A Doctor... You'd think he would at least know what he is doing, use a needle correctly, or care at least slightly for his patience, and maybe- just Maybe, run a legitimate practice and not charge you CASH!! It was my mistake to even go to him in the first place and wasting my families money! Shame on you! (I am very much looking forward to have this redone and done by a professional in a clinic which actually specializes in Botox and fillers!!)

She went above and beyond, calling my specialists office through the week to help me get some documents. She also called me to notify me that she has received the documents and to give me the options for going forward - all without my having to follow up. Also - thanks to all the staff. I waited about five minutes and was seen by Dr. Chippin. He was very friendly and listened keenly to my concerns. After explaining my condition he asked if there was anything else I needed.
