The process,…read morepaperwork, and legal verbiage can be overwhelming and all-consuming - and I'm an attorney, so I'm used to death by a thousand paper cuts. After interviewing several firms, I was quickly impressed by my first conversation with Kacey Rosemberg. She is sharp, a straight shooter and breaks it down to plain English, always advocating for you as her client. She caught several issues which could have cost us the co-op - and as buyers without a broker, it was critical to have a strong legal advocate on our side. Kacey, Nathalie Marcille, Andres Armada, and Jordan Daniels are also very patient and responsive. They never let questions go unanswered for more than twenty-four hours, often responding within minutes, and we exchanged hundreds of emails! BONUS: if your transaction does not move forward, Katz will not charge you anything on the good faith basis that you will consider using them for your next transaction. That gave us comfort that they were just as invested as us in the process. Katz are consummate professionals, fairly priced, and know the key players in the real estate market, making the process from contract to closing a flawless transaction. Make an investment in your peace of mind, and one of the biggest monetary investments of your life. You won't be disappointed.

He knew exactly how to handle another difficult lawyer RESPECTFULLY (WHEN I AT TIMES WANTED TO FLY OFF THE HANDLE) He even got me back funds the sellers was NOT trying to give me, plus more. He will respond in a timely fashion. He made me and my husband's experience awesome. We also worked with this office on a previous first attempt for a first time home that didn't go through (because of the seller, not this law firm) and that attorney was also very good. Robert .R. is respectful, knowledgeable and really there for his clients. He is informative and goes above and beyond for you. I would definitely refer him. I am not being paid to say this AT ALL. Buying a home is stressful and caused a lot of tension at times. Robert was able to be like (that gel pad in a good shoe, that keeps you comfortable and supports you) through-your experience of purchasing a home.
