1st Call Roofing came out and replaced what they said were broken tiles, even though they also said…read morethere was no sign of water ingress. They said it looked like the problem was actually mossy gutters so they cleaned the gutters. And charged £300. The issue got worse. I had to threaten them to get them back. They came back and said it was now a blocked downpipe. So how come they didn't see that in the first place. And that I should replace the gutters and they couldn't do that for £300. Meanwhile I had another roofer look and he said the whole problem was the gutters and he could have cleaned them for £60 but better, replaced them for £170. 1st Call are Rip off merchants.

Bristol Curtains' quote was straight up and I liked that. They were very professional, but also very neighbourly and laid back. They let us take home a book of samples. They came by and measured up twice just to make sure. We had a problem with the blinds, though: a mis-communication about the style. Nobody's fault. They sent them back on rush order to make them right and they were back soon and perfect! We absolutely love them! They really know the meaning of "customer service" and I can't recommend them highly enough. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Eventually on the 12/1/18, I again called only to be told to speak to the Came technical department as they weren't interested in servicing/repairing my gates.
