I originally contacted this company as an authorised installer of Came Gates. I first contacted the company in late Nov 2017. I was informed that no one was available to speak to me but would call me back. After another 4 calls, I finally spoke to the "engineer' Mr R Beynon who suggested I send him photos of the work needing doing which I did on 12thDec. Since then, I have sent 4 e-mails and made 7 calls and each time - he was unavailable but never once returned my calls or e-mails. Eventually on the 12/1/18, I again called only to be told to speak to the Came technical department as they weren't interested in servicing/repairing my gates. Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly people. When w have had a problem, they have always been there to help.

We had a few companies come into quote and the guy from AVA was by far the most professional and their price was comparible to the others. The cameras went in as discussed and the pictures were better than I had expected. All in all, a very good experience. They are now coming in to look at our burglar and Firse Alarms. read more
