AVOID!! Second time I've used this company. They charge per hour (not an issue), but will charge you when the engineer is off site. I was overcharged 1.5 hours labour when the engineer wasn't on site. Also, they don't bring the materials required for the job, I believe a tactical ploy to extend job duration and increase job cost. I will look elsewhere next time!! Job involved adding a 1 meter plastic pipe from stop tap into the kitchen, 5 hours charged in labour, disgraceful. Company director (Paul Masters) refused partial refund and clearly isn't aware of consumers rights. Unfortunately I was forced to pay after engineer finished (engineer wouldn't leave until paid), only was it on the invoice breakdown via email did I noticed the charges when the engineer was off on a jolly!! read more

Efficient, tidy, friendly, fairly priced, They replaced the lead piping in my house. They answered all my questions and explained everything clearly before and even during the job. I'm now waiting to see if Bristol Water are as pleasantly professional for their end of the work. read more
