As I was checking out with a nice cashier, the manager with the big beard, Bob Antonius, walked up to me and shouted "I TOLD YOU YOU CAN'T BUY ALCOHOL FOR YOUR SOCIAL CLUB." I thought he was joking at first until he repeated himself. I asked "What social club? What are you talking about?" He was adamant that he's "helped me in the aisle and told me that it's illegal for me to buy alcohol for my social club." What social club?? This man has never helped me with anything during the numerous times I'd been in this store. I told him I have no idea what in the world he's talking about. He just kept repeating himself and raising his voice. I was shocked he was speaking at a customer in such a manner, especially in front of other customers that were in line. He eventually said "Well I guess you have a twin that runs a social club" and walked away. What a terrible way to treat a customer! I'm glad I used the whole gift card because I will never return to Total Wine. I want you to cancel my rewards membership. I will be very vocal to everyone about how this man treated me.

Shelves are well stocked and organized. Staff is friendly. They even offer private events in the back. Private parking lot at the front of the store. Definitely check it out!
