Her color skills are unmatched; she nails that effortless 'lived-in' look that grows out beautifully every single time. Honestly, she seems to know what I need even better than I do. She's flexible, attentive, and always so accommodating with scheduling. The salon itself has a relaxing, luxe vibe, and I genuinely look forward to every visit. I had a very frustrating experience with Samantha. When I asked for light layers, she argued with…read moreme and eventually only cut layers on one side. When I pointed out the uneven sides, she refused to check and didn't even show me the back with a mirror. At checkout, I was overcharged $60 instead of the $45 level rate. The owner gave me a $10 partial refund for the price mistake, but the terrible haircut was left unfixed. I called on Monday to address this, and when I finally spoke to someone, the only solution offered was to go back to Samantha. Samantha called me to offer a fix but completely denied her unprofessional behavior from that day. Because of her lack of accountability, I refuse to go back to her. I am incredibly disappointed with the poor customer service, the salon's refusal to provide a safe alternative solution, and the botched, uneven haircut.

I highly recommend finding a different salon and never trusting Maurin to do your hair as she is lying about her true talents and failed in every aspect.

As a small business owner, I do not take bad reviews lightly. After reaching out to the salon about…read moremy botched balayage, I feel the need to warn others. I saw Briley Webb in October for balayage. Before I saw her my hair was strong and healthy (I posted a picture of me in September). Within a few weeks, my hair was severely damaged and breaking so badly that I lost about 4 inches of hair. I went back in December and she said it was damaged and compromised so she darkened it vs bleaching. I then messaged her on IG a week later to simply ask how long it would take to lighten and she sent me this book. I was never angry with her or pointing fingers even though we both knew SHE over processed and caused the damage. Our exchange is in pictures. It was never contentious. She then canceled my March appointment without reaching out to me about why. I had already gone back to my previous stylist who cut 2 more inches off of damaged hair. I posted a video on socials sharing my experience, without naming Main Muse or Briley, and sent it to Main Muse. Their response was simply, "Sorry this happened but we are not the salon for you." No offer to repair, refund and zero accountability. Had they simply offered a "What can we do to make it right?" I would not be posting this.
