I read handmade pasta - S O L D I ordered the pappardelle with meatballs. The meatballs were not the best I've ever had however the pappardelle and the sauce were redemption. Really great sauce. We had the focaccia- would be great served with their marinara. I also ordered a mocktail. My husband had the chicken Parmesan. It was really good. I do regret not getting a dessert. Next time!

This was a good thing because my husband got the lasagne. The smallest piece of dried out looking lasagne was placed in front of him. I could not eat all of my ravioli. They were handed off to hubby. When we asked for bread, we were told 'they had a party that afternoon and she would look and see if there was any left'!!! We should have left at that point and we were going to, when our appetizer came out before we could get up. We stayed. After the food was delivered we never saw our waitress again. It wasn't like she was slammed with other tables - there was us and one other table. The other waitress took that one. This was the week before Christmas. I really do need to listen to 'the voice in my head' when it's time to turnaround and leave. It's a shame this place really didn't cut it. It smelled so good, was pretty with the twinkling lights at the bar. They definitely need bread - as in, a bread basket for the table. 2. A much larger portion of lasagna, 3. Wait staff that actually wants to be there. I can't imagine they will be around much longer. It's too bad.

Served sizzling in the pan, juicy to the bone, fell apart like butter. Those wood-fired grills, imported from Italy, fire up everything: pizzas with dough stretched daily, crust blistered just right; breads warm, crusty outside, pillowy in. Pure comfort overload. Oh, and the bolognese--silky ragu clinging to fresh pasta, slow-cooked forever. Every bite screams Italy: the aroma, the way it settles heavy on your tongue. Makes you forget you're not actually in Naples. Their food isn't just good, it transports you, straight to someone's nonna's table. Wood fire, imported grills, honest bread--it's all so true. And the wines! They don't just hand you a glass--they pair. Every dish, every sauce has a buddy tucked in their list. Spaghetti and meatballs with a crisp Chianti, veal with Barolo that cuts right through the richness. Hell, even asked for a random white once and they nailed it. Feels like the grape was chosen months ago just for that exact forkful!

We had not been in in a few months and we showed up at 5:50pm. 3 tables were in house at the time. We were handed the menus and immediately my wife and I were perplexed. This was not the same restaurant. I even asked the server if the owner changed. Nope. We were lied to saying it was a season menu change - I'm in the business; that was menu engineering based of cost efficiency and was basically an Olive Garden menu. Pasta is not made from scratch anymore. We ordered two drinks, which have been limited to 5 options that the waiters are making as they have no steady bartender. The drinks were what you'd expect from an untrained person making them. Not worth $13. Then we ordered the Caprese and meatballs. We were hopeful the food quality hadn't changed. It did. The tomatoes were mush. It was a joke. Meatballs were cold. Again only 3 tables and it took 30 minutes. Our entrees were eggplant parmigiana and the sausage rigatoni- the eggplant was cold and they forgot the sausage in our food - on top of the massive wait the food was cold. It kills me to say this, but they had 3 high school aged men working in the kitchen. No culinary training. I stopped and watched. For the price charged, this was a embarrassment of a dinner. Management, I hope you read this. I understand menu engineering for hard times - but at least execute on it and don't be understaffed.

Hubby got the meat calzone, it had one most beautiful crusts I've seen in a while and he said it was delicious! I ordered the chicken parm which came with a side salad and bread. The chicken parm warmed my heart! That's how it used to come at the restaurant I worked at and the bread.. I could eat 10 of them! Food is delicious! We'll definitely order again and hopefully will be able to dine in soon.

You know what I mean. But yelp has never steered us wrong so I parked and went in. We were seated right away and our drink orders came quickly. We decided on a seafood dinner that we would share and we ordered a second dinner salad as the meal included one. When our meal came out it was split into two plates because they knew we were sharing. A nice touch. And it was served steaming hot and delicious! Clams, mussels, shrimp and a fish fillet on top of spaghetti and served with garlic bread and a wonderful cheesy tomato sauce. The two of us could barely finish the one dinner. But we did! And all for under $30. Hard to do these days. If you're in the mood for Italian food, you should give Brothers a try.

If you look at the picture of their baked spaghetti on THEIR OWN website, it shows baked spaghetti with FOUR meatballs. They don't explicitly say it, but that ain't happening without extra $$. So then you are prompted to add things. I asked for additional four meatballs--it shows (4) right next to the word "meatballs" plural. And I added meat sauce thinking I'd get both. Nope... There is also a spot to choose "meatballs" in another area for +$1.75. That's the ONE meatball they put on the order. It happened again, 3 weeks later. The only restaurant in the world where when you pay to add on, they take stuff away. Got the order home and there was ONE meatball, and they argued with me about what I should have expected. I paid extra for meat sauce, and meatballs, and what I got was far less than what was pictured in the standard order. It's not about the cost--just the disappointment and frustration that when you order something from a menu THEY designed, it should come close. No one wants to take orders over the phone anymore, so it's not like you can talk to a human and clarify, beforehand. To be fair, they say they ARE going to fix the menu choices--and if they do, I'll fix this review. Again--I enjoy the food and order straight from them instead of a gouging delivery service. But fixing the choices so one can order what they want--essential! I can't be the first one to be disappointed not to get meatballs, when the menu picture shows them...
